The room and bathroom was very nice and very clean. The pillows on the king bed were the proper size. It was very quiet. The breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items and it was kept very clean. They have surface parking and underground parking. We used the surface but underground would be great during inclement weather. It was conveniently located to get anywhere. It was about a 20 minute drive to the Capitol. We would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area.

Breakfaat has good variety, but the eggs were typical hotel tasting scrambled eggs. Very nice, clean room. Would be nice to have coffee in lobby thru evening hours instead of roving it with breakfast.

Hotel had a great morning breakfast, workout room, and comfortable beds. We appreciated the late night check in as we were just passing through and arrived quite late at night.

Newer property so as expected things were in good condition and the room was clean. Nice gym. Very well equipped for a motel gym.

The pool was fantastic. The water temperature was nice and warm which was great for little kids. Underground parking was also a nice perk.

I asked for directions to a grocery store and told me to goggle it and that she doesn’t know directions. But she was pretty sure I needed to turn right leaving the property. I laughed later when I found there was no left turn allowed when leaving the property. Duh

Checked in on 8/1 on yhe evening. She had computer problem and talk with corpate to fox issues. Computer charged me $25, three times for incidentals. Card reader verified with a green checkmark as good Amd computer said failed. Did not fail according to my bank.

Check in lady was very nice and pleasant and helpful. The stay was nice the room was clean minus I little paint chipping on window ledge that was in the floor when we got in but nothing to complain about. Breakfast was great with options for all.

Everything was ok, except we found a tick in our room and then had to move everything to a different room. Service was very “beside the point” when we brought up the concern for the tick, which we actually put in a cup and brought out to the front desk.

Overall very pleased. The abandoned multi-plex was not unsafe, but was not a pleasant view from our room. The hotel was in very good shape and staff were very friendly. Although the hotel is not old, there were several places where paint was peeling on the window sills near where the metal frame windows came in contact with the wall. Did not look like leaks but probably excessive condensation in winter that was not removed.

The hotel is great heads or comfortable. Especially liked the secure underground parking so we didn’t have to take the bikes out the back of the car I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here a few years back and it was pretty great as of May 2023 it was pretty dirty. The carpet on the way to the elevator was very stained. The elevator carpet was very stained and the walls in the elevator were quite dirty. The room it self was ok. An odd smell about it. The bedding was clean but the walls and ceiling and carpet were full of stains. The corner next to one of the beds looked like soda was spilled all over the wall and carpets and never even wiped up. The bathroom floor at first glance seemed cleaned but when you looked closer it was pretty grimey. In general the stay was just ok. $190 dollars worth of ok???? Not really.

Not great. One of the things I like about this no frills chain .... clean. They are usually clean. Was not great when we arrived. Second day totally put out that they couldnt clean it first thing in the am...we were a late, 1am arrival, we werent out of the room until 11. 3rd day didnt show up to clean it.

Check in was quick. Requested a King room but was given a double bed so that was kind of disappointing. The room itself was clean and had a nice layout. The bathtub and sink did not drain water properly. I could see hair that has been stuck in the drain resurfacing and floating around, which was really nasty. Please take time to do a thorough check of your bathrooms to check on drainage. Breakfast was good with your typical hotel hot and cold items.
