It was not clean - bathroom- toilet - urine on floor, not enough towels. Shampoo was watered dow.kitchen, counter was dirty, drying rack dirty, dead flys on counter. Dirty cupboards etc. Bedroom - very stained old, uncomfortable pillows. I could go on. The woman was sweet but very poor quality. Very disappointed and to be honest pissed off I should spend that on a place. Really should have been refunded. Although nothing surprises me anymore as I was in a 4star hotel and found mice droppings and someone's dirty socks. So no wonder why I'm doing a van conversion so I never have to stay in another place.

My overnight stay was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and a nice size room. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the money. I would go there again

Not clean dust on walls mold in shower dead spiders. Very cold. Lets just say would not recommend and will never go back. So cold we almost had to keep our coats on to sleep.

The hosts were nice. Took us about an hr to check in. It was not very clean at all. Its a place to lay your head. We canceled the breakfast when we checked in. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Nice boutique place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and kind even though it was late in the evening before I arrived. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. I enjoyed my brief stay there. I will definitely stay there the next time I am in town. Price was excellent.

Hosts were very welcoming and kind, however, property is very old. The entire building had an off smell and could use a deep cleaning. If you just need a place to sleep, this was fine - sheets and bed were clean. Location surrounding property is questionable but it is very conveniently located walking distance to downtown.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They tried their best. They had a great garden at the back contains a lot of fruit trees, very refreshing to sit there and have a meal. However property is very old and not maintained very well. There was a funny smell all over the building, I had to open the window all night long. Kitchen and all the equipments inside was very old and seems not cleaned properly.I don’t think adding water to soaps and orange juices is a good way to do budget management, I think its is fooling the customers. Yes, it is budget friendly but I believe budget friendly travelers deserves to treat valuable as well.

My husband arrived in the morning, before check in, and asked to leave his bags. We are not travelling by car and he wanted to explore Moncton. The owner offered to give him the key to the room. He said that wasn’t necessary but she insisted. She gave him the key for a room with a bathroom in the hallway. I had booked a room with private bath. When he called me, I insisted he get a room with private bath. The owner argued that that would cost more—but that was the price of the room I had booked. She finally gave it to him “as a special favour”. The next morning we vacated the room and asked if we could leave our bags until our bus in the afternoon. We would have put them in the communal kitchen—at our own risk. The owner refused. She said we were difficult guests since my husband had checked in early and also wanted a special room. That is not what happened. I am cancelling the reservation I made to stay here at a later date.

The owners were friendly and hospitable. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel ....this isn't it....however, this is a clean comfortable stay for the price. We would certainly go back again. To the owners: extra pillows would be a plus in each room. Enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are delightful, and the facilities are good. The neighbourhood is perfect, within walking distance of an excellent ice cream shop and many interesting bars, restaurants and sights

The owners were helpful. The bed was comfortable with clean linen and toiletries in the bathroom. The kitchen cupboards and appliances need some cleaning.

me. evicted from the room without warning that they had already passed it to others. they don’t understand well and speak so everything was fine, but I don’t recommend eating hotels in the city and getting

The area of town was convenient to walk to restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. There wasn't any breakfast which was advertised. Although the price was reduced to account for no breakfast, that is part of the charm of a bed and breakfast

The room stated private bathroom and it was not. Also states breakfast included and it was not . The owner cancelled the reservation while I was there, but I had already paid. Now the owner refuses to reimburse me even though she got reimbursed on her end. I have called her numerous times and she refuses to fix the problem. I had to call the bank to claim fraud!! Beware and stay away!

A few minutes walk to downtown, clean, safe, comfortable, with friendly owners. The house and facilities are showing their age. Heating can't be controlled in the room and can get cold at night.

This was a bed and breakfast with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The office was difficult for me to access, using a cane, and there were more steps to get into the building. All in all though, it was a good place. We stayed an extra night beyond the reservation.

It's a B&B that uses some old houses, but it is clean and secure enough. Enough room to park a 250 series truck. The back yard is well tended and a nice place to chill out.

This is a nice house conveniently located, 3 rooms with common full kitchen. We had a room with private bathroom. Could hear doors opening and closing, people talking, but was ok. We were disappointed for not having breakfast included (we were reimbursed), that was one of the reason we chose this accommodation.

Judgemental host and unaccomodating!! Turned us away after we arrived. So not happy with this B n B. Will never recomend or stay at this place. Incredibly disapointed and sad with my experience at this Inn.
