Really liked the hotel, it’s on a quiet street, but very close to everything, like 10 min walk to St Marco plaza. It is very clean, good breakfast., helpful staff. We stayed there 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay.
Definitely recommend this hotel - excellent for the money we payed

Nice complete but simple breakfast, clean room, and lovely staff. I'd say best value for staying inside venice.

This place used to be a convent, which is still noticeable in the simplicity of the rooms and the facility in general. However, being close to Accademia and S. Angelo, it is very central and easy to reach on foot or via water bus and everywhere else in Venice is just a walk away. The communal areas are great, there's a big breakfast room and a peaceful internal courtyard. Rooms are air-conditioned, which is essential in the summer. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
