I had a truly exceptional stay at the Geno Hotel. From the day shift to the night staff, the service was world-class. In all my travels, I have never been treated like just another guest; I felt like part of the family. The care from the entire team—from the managers to the young man at the front door—is unlike any other.
I especially want to thank the restaurant staff. Every time I returned from shopping at the local shops, they seemed genuinely happy to see me, greeting me with huge smiles and a warm 'welcome back.' Even though it is time for me to return home to the U.S., I know I will be back in a few months and will definitely stay here again!- -See you all very soon.

The hotel is relatively inexpensive around Subang Jaya and Shah Alam.
The rooms are spacious.
Hotel staffs are very kind.
However, you need to pay for he parking fee of RM8.00 every morning if you have a car to get to the hotel.

The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory.
