I had booked the room far in advance. I knew it was going to be a busy weekend in Seattle and I wanted to be able to have affordable choices for a room that would be comfortable as a family. That is exactly what we got. We got the single king suite. The 700sq feet was comfortable. I usually like something with a separate sleeping room but this was big enough that we could quietly watch TV and the kids could get to sleep. We brought 2 single inflatable airbeds for the kids. Pushed the couch over a bit and they had their own nice dark corner. They are teens, they like that. The room could have used a functional garbage can, the ones in the room and bathroom are tiny. The best part was that it was right up the block from the light rail thing. It was so easy to ride it in to town and then catch the monorail to the concert venue. It was Friday of mother's day weekend, Biden was in town, Melanie Martinez concert. We did it all without having to drive. Mom's like that. I would absolutely stay there again. And, the price was far better than some comparable rooms in downtown area or Capital Hill. The pool was just kind of Meh. It wasn't a deal breaker to have one, but the kids like to play in the water. I'll try a spa out usually, if they have one. This one was kind of a cooling bath, temperature. But whatever. We went an hour before it closed. It could have used a pick up, but they were waiting for all us people to leave. Hahaha...Earlier in the day it was nice.

Easy check-in and check-out, easy parking, facility is clean, new and quiet, front desk staff friendly. Breakfast included but some of the breakfast food was ugly or cold/hard and could be improved. Otherwise I'd stay there again.

Upon entering, the room looked nice and clean, but warm and muggy, and smelled like a hot tub. The thermostat was at 74 degrees, so I lowered it to 70. Later that night we noticed the carpet was damp everywhere in the room, which explained the humidity we felt earlier. Nancy (the manager?) happened to be texting me about the room condition, so I told her about the damp carpet. She immediately switched us to a suite from a regular room for free. We were excited and it was very comfortable! She went above and beyond! Excellent customer service. My only disappointment was that their pool was out of service (we stayed at the end of March). At least the hot tub was working, but the steam stung our eyes. I wish they added a note on their website about the pool closure.

At check-in we were informed that the pool was closed, the hot tub however was open. The room was clean and fairly well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, ECT. They have pretty good breakfast options, however the eggs taste like they were powdered eggs. They have a waffle station, yogurt, oatmeal, bagel and muffin options, as well as breakfast sausage/meat. Overall stay was great! Located like a block from the Northgate light rail station which is super convenient.

The staff was very friendly and approachable. The only thing that concerned me was the pull bars on the shower doors were loose, I tried to tighten them back. The hot breakfast was top notch. Overall very comfortable and I would stay there again.
