Clean, safe. The shower was really nice and I felt comfortable to leave my car in the parking garage. Quick drive or uber to most things and easy to get to the lightrail.
Pretty disappointed in the sofa bed and marketing this room for 3 sleepers. The bed was very comfortable and it felt like whoever had to sleep on the sofa bed was getting the short end of the stick. The sofa bed was thin, you could feel the metal pole underneath you, creaked a lot, and was not even comparable to a bed. I didn't see any free coffee and the water didn't taste good.

The location was very convenient.
The parking was tight. Water was dripping constantly.
The elevator was very busy. Lots of long waits.

Rooms were clean. Premises were clean.
No closet in my room (440) - no way to hang shirts or dress slacks. Food service at the facility was extremely slow.
