Room was ok. The fridge didn’t work very well and we had to ask management how to turn it on. When we pulled out the fridge to try and plug it in, it was obvious that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. No soap, had to use shampoo instead. As for the rooftop bar, hasn’t been used in years !

Upon arrival they tried to tell me I didn't have a room reserved and only conceded when I showed my itinerary. Then when I asked when they offered the free breakfast, they claimed that there wasn't one. Again, my itinerary. Then they didn't offer to help with our luggage. Then we went to check on the pool and they tried to get us not to use it by saying it's to cold. When we went up anyway we were disgusted. The pool was completely green from never being cleaned. The bar area looked as though it was more of a storage area. Then when we went down for breakfast we were given 2 choices of what we could eat. Beverages were NOT included and the coffee was horrible. The pictures that are shown are definitely ancient as only the outside barely resembles the actual look. I can't say strongly enough, DO NOT GO HERE!!! My trip was during the third week of February 2022.

Nice and quiet place. Easy for shopping and things. If they can provide breakfast, not only pork will be good. And twin double bed room is nice and large.

Electronic card access to the room was denied at first. Room had an aweful smell and had to change room. Stains on bed sheets. Room didn’t get cleaned and we were told it only gets cleaned every two days. Sound proofing is nonexistent! My wife and I could hear people’s text messages and footsteps outside the room. Please do not go!

It was the price that attached me to this place and it is true that you get what you pay for. The room was actually okay, but it, just like the rest of the hotel is in desperate need of a clean. The bed was firm, but that is fine for me. The shower took forever for hot water to come through, but when it did, it was hot and powerful. Unlike in the hotel pictures, there is no pool or deck furniture, not a single stick of it! What did they do, rent the furniture for the photo shoot?The free breakfast was okay, but there was no choice, I was just brought a plate of random food. The hotel is located on a very busy and noisy road, but as I was on the top floor the sound wasnt too bad. That however cannot be said of the construction that is going on all around the hotel. Construction that starts at 7am in the morning. The bottom line is, if you want a cheap, no frills place to flop for the night, this would tick the box for you, but dont expect anything more than that.There were issues with the wiring in the hotel. The plumbing in my shower was bizarre and the slippers were well used, not so white, plastic flip-flops. Ewwwwww!
