The staff were so nice and accommodating. Pretty far up but if you’re looking for a place with privacy and quiet, this is the place.

The view is absolutely spectacular and the area is very private and quiet.
There were many things that could be improved though…
When we arrived we had to go find someone to check us in. Our door lock only worked some of the time. Dinner took 1.5 -2 hours before it came out of the kitchen. They did room service every two days (advertised as every day but that was plenty for us), but they did not restock the towels. There is only hot water in the shower if it’s been sunny, not just warm, otherwise cold shower. No lightbulb in the lamp. And sadly the infinity pool did not have a pump so it was pretty buggy unless we cleaned it ourselves. When we arrived there was terrible pillows and no remote for the tv, but the staff did help us fix those things.
Huge potential to be great, but not quite meeting that yet, a bit understaffed for sure.
