It was overall great stay except for the view. I am not talking about great view, but our room was facing sky train station. Hence a little noisy. I will make sure to request higher floor next time.

This is a very lovely new hotel, and hopefully the surrounding area people environment will catch up to the modern new buildings and overall look that Surrey is aiming for in the area. Even though we were right above the skytrain, when you close the windows, you can't hear it.

Very nice room but very loud as the train station is right there. Coffee maker was broken and after bringing it to their attention, it was never fixed. Also the fire alarm went off at 3 AM and was a false alarm. We were never offered any compensation:(

Paid extra for corner room and the fact there were 5 rooms empty on upper floor we were give a room on 7 floor next to sky train station and it was very very noisy and the bathroom floor was not even clean anI had gold membership and I requested to extend my stay for an hour which was denied by the front desk server. My experience with this hotel was not good.

The heat wouldn’t work in our room so they switched us rooms and it still didn’t work so they sent us a heater. I had higher expectations from a 4 star hotel. On the other hand the staff is amazing!

loved the room but found the sliding bathroom doors while not see through did let a lot of light into the bedroom. If one is sleeping and the other is in the bathroom it's a problem. BUT when discussing this at check out I was told that they do have blackout curtains of some sort for this problem and to indicate that we want that the next time we book with the hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable and we will definitely stay there again and tell our friends and relatives about it too!

I stayed with this hotel and they a hold of $250 on my credit card. When i left the room i make sure everything was clean but they charge $250 because there staff doesn’t know how to remove transparent tape from the wall. They charge my card without letting me know. I will never stay with them again.

Beautiful building and I had a corner room, so it was really nice with a spectacular view. The pool and hot tub were nice. Definitely on the pricey side at over $500 per night. I stay at the Palace Resorts in Mexico for less than this and it includes food, drinks, etc. Still, it was nice, and the staff were great.

I love staying at the Civic whenever I’m town. It’s a central area to be around. The rooms are always clean and organized.

It was an extremely nice hotel in a decent neighbourhood. Everything was sparkling clean and the location was excellent. I guess the only issue i had was that the Kingsize bed i booked wasnt available for whatever the reason so we got double queen instead. But they made up for it with welcome/sorry packages. Staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. I'll definitely stay there again in my future visits to Surrey.
