Exceptional value, clean rooms with comfortable beds, air conditioner, cable TV.
Fabulous location, close to downtown, parks, Fry's, restaurants. Front desk always staffed and very friendly. Parking never an issue.

Like all the other motels on the this stretch of Old Route 66 this motel is right next to the road, which is right next to commercial railroad tracks that are busy all night long. Keeping the windows closed minimized the noise and although I could still hear the cars and trains I slept fine.
The room had a comfortable bed and a clean well maintained bathroom and shower. It also had somethings other motels don't have - a desk and two chairs and an in room safe. No in room coffee - only a coffee machine in the office that's available 7 am - 11 am only. On site manager was friendly and efficient.
No frills but at this price a very good deal.

very good motel. the only thing on Route 66 is the railroad is near by the motel, so you can hear the trains all night long.

Cute motel, friendly staff, but I recommend they add more blankets to the rooms because I got chilly at night, and it would save them money from me blasting the heat in May. ;)

This hotel was ok. Clean enough and pretty good lol cation. Its old and very basic.

I’m sensitive to mold, unit had a smell to it. Woke up coughing, didn’t sleep that great. Maybe the AC filters need cleaning? We checked in late and left just as it was getting light. Didn’t inspect cleanliness with a flashlight or anything. Over all seemed clean, but wouldn’t stay again.

Great price, this time I brought ear plugs. My bed was extremely firm, which I like very much, but it would probably be way too firm for most people. Room seemed dusty. But, comfy, easy, cheap stay

Updated, very clean and modern room. It was exactly what the pictures show.Friendly greeting and coffee in the lobby in the morning. A great value. It’s an easy, less than a mile walk, to the hot spots downtown.

I paid $300 for the night towels weee dirty , room felt dirty . Pillows were flat , bedding was thin and we are in the mountains 35 degrees this morning. Never never staying here . It’s all we had to choose from because of no vacancies, but will drive further next time.

I will say the bed was comfortable and sheets and towels seemed clean. The floors looked filthy. Lots of scratches and damage. And uneven in spots. The ceiling had a 4ft+ crack and stains. Lots of mold in the shower. All the baseboards had damage and lots of scuff marks and dents on the walls. Lots of cigarettes butts in parking lot. Someone spent a lot of money to reno the place at one time but it was not kept up. They will not refund your money.

We came here for my daughter’s NAU graduation & the fact that we paid more than twice as much for a smaller room Friday night, than we paid for 2 bigger rooms on Thursday night is just ridiculous.

Dusty, dirt in every corner. The door handles and the sides of the doors were dirty. Unidentifiable bits of something that had dried on the bathroom wall. But the worst thing was the pillows. Clean pillowcase cover over disgusting stained pillow that smelled funky.
The wi-fi was good. The soap was nice. Hot water. The beds were on a high spring frame that made a loud noise every time you moved. There was cable TV. We walked to a nice little breakfast spot called Mi Madres and an OK Mexican restaurant called Agave.
We don’t recommend this place.

Nice place. Could use better pillows but overall convenient and comfortable. Not fancy but got the job done!

the room was very well renovated & clean. However, the bed was a weird metal frame that made such a loud banging noise when you sat on it, got up from it, or moved. It was impossible not to wake your spouse and vice versa which made for a poor night's sleep. I also didn't like the low-edges shower pan as it meant getting the whole bathroom wet.

Convenient near places to eat and quiet. One level, no one above you. Easy check in. Negatives: laminate floor in our room was very dirty, no hot water for shower, very cold outside and was trying to warn up but had to settle for lukewarm shower. Pillows awful, bed not comfy, heater came off and on loudly all night and it was either cold/hot…no consistent temperature which affected our sleep.

The staff, checkin, and checkout were great. For the price, a pretty solid motel. The rooms seemed up to date and the appliance were clean and functioning. Sadly leaving a lower because the towels and sheets upon checkin were kinda dirty. The location is nice too. Maybe a bit a of a walk, but only a 5 min drive anywhere around flagstaff. I’d recommend it. A good find for the price, but the laundry might need double checked.

We were disappointed to find hotel located right next to railroad tracks with trains coming through every 15 minutes. Beds were hard. They were supposed to have coffee ready at 7am but it wasn’t.

Room temperatures was 56 degrees. Noisy heating system running all night to get the temperature to a livable level, but floors and bathroom still freezing cold in the morning.

For motel, the attention given to the rooms was excellent! I rented two of them and they had a welcoming modern feel to them. The television and the remote were lackluster but overall the say was very good. The price was also very competitive, It was the main reason we stayed at this motel. The second reason was the reviews. The only real complaint I had was the lack of coffee until 7AM. But then again there was a gas station just down the street from the motel.

The staff was friendly and fixed the TV.
The property was renovated but on the cheap side.
The rooms are large enough to make them nice but the
bathrooms are dirty. I did not want to take a shower there.
The motel is right next to the train tracks and the trains are really loud. We heard every train that came through there at night and I did have earplugs.
This place needs to be renotvated properly - get rid of that popcorn ceiling and make everything nice and clean. Maybe then guests wouldn't mind the trains so much.

This lovely little hotel gets a greater than five star rating. I highly recommend but I also want to keep it a beautiful little secret. I'll be back and will stay no where else!

This was my second time there. I stayed because it was close to the surgery center. There was still a lot of ice in the parking lot n I could not get hot water but it was 5° outside. The staff is always very friendly n helpful. I think they need thicker blankets during the winter months. I would stay there again.
