Great hotel at a decent price. I checked out several hotels and Elev8 was the most reasonable and with the most amenities! The spa and sauna were clean and relaxing. We stayed in a Courtyard room facing the pool. Next time we will request a room closer to the Lobby as the noise from the highway detracted from the comfort of the room.

The place was under construction which we did not know prior to booking. There were no elevators and because of construction it was a long walk to our room on the 2nd floor with luggage .Room appeared clean but had the odor of construction dust. No lamps on the end tables by the bed, 1 comfortable chair not (2)1 washcloth and lastly Hotel.com should be aware when a hotel is under construction. We booked not knowing that and because the room was non refundable we could not change our mind or we would lose our money.

We ran into a hiccup in a trip and I had to make a last minute reservation. At check in staff was amazing as always. Welcome ls us back and made us feel welcome. I choose this place every time we stay in Flagstaff. There is minimal outside noise. The rooms are constantly getting upgraded which I appreciate. Thank you for being so accommodating and helpful.

Dog barking half the night in a nearby room, paper-thin walls could hear people in other rooms talking late into the night, only one regular coffee in room, bottom sheet too small for the bed, no breakfast.

The hotel was still under refurbishment, so that was the difficult part. But they are on the path to do everything really well. Maybe an upgrade on the sheet cotton count. The security guard even escorted me to the bar that was next door.

I want to start by saying the room was clean and I was happy for that. That’s about it. It was built for cleaning. Hard fake grey wood floors, ( which made the room echo(y) and you could hear the upstairs people walking because of the hard floor. There was not one piece of art which also made it feel cold. The lights were a cold color very industrial feel. Only one blanket is provided. All very minimal. Easy access.

My room was like new, very clean and everything needed, comfy bed and pillows. No breakfast. The least favorite is there is no elevator, only stairs. That was difficult with all my baggage. The area was safe and quiet at night. This was my second stay here in the last 6 months. I’ll be back again.

Charged is before we got there, hotel had tons of constructions going on and no elevators and overall bad shape. Asked to change the card and they didn’t. And they charged extra “surcharges”

I stayed there one night and it was great. I had a resort reservation for another night and I couldn’t make it due to the weather. I never could get it canceled so I spent $125 and I never stayed there and nobody would help me.

Second time staying here. The pricing is unbelievably low for how nice the rooms are. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and recently updated. Check in was easy and the man at the front desk was friendly and helpful. It is also very pet friendly. The restaurant next door offers a discount and is also pet friendly. Will always stay here when I’m in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Elev8 in Flagstaff! The front desk and other staff members were very helpful. Ian at the front desk was able to tell us almost anything we needed to know about the local area! We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Elev8 was fabulous! They are very dog happy and accommodating! The bar next door called, “Dirty Birdies” lets you bring you dog in with you to have dinner and a beer.. plus you get 10% off if you show your Hotel Elev8 keycard! The entire stay was amazing and I slept very very well!!

I reported an incident to the front desk person at 12:38 A.M. I was in room 107 which has an joining door with room 109 and I told the front desk person that the person in room 109 was trying to come into my room not once but twice. The front desk personnel did not call Flagstaff police instead he called the people in room 109 at 1:00 A.M. and front desk called me to inform me. This situation could of gotten bad my life was being threatened

I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very spacious and clean. Lots of outlets and USB charging stations in a great area! I didn't have to unplug a lamp or move furniture looking for a place to charge my phone. The sauna being open 24 hours is a huge plus.

The newly renovated rooms are very modern and clean; I especially liked the large shower in the bathroom. The new laminate floors are a mixed blessing: yes, they allow for more cleanliness, but they also do not deaden sound. And I had little kids running up and down in the room above me ... which was very loud. So you might want to pick a 2nd floor room.

Hotel looked clean, updated and service was great. Cons? 1- Very noisy, you could (almost) hear people outside the room whispering. This hotel is pet friendly, meaning that if you want to sleep quietly, you will either love a symphony of dogs barking or use earplugs … 2- The property uses a pleasant smelling aromatizer…(to cover pet smells, i presume) perhaps too much? Enough to cause allergies …

I recommend this hotel. It's been updated. It was annoying when I went to check out and they were deep cleaning the lobby floor. I couldn’t get coffee or check out properly. The clerk did what he could, but it seemed like bad timimg for them to be cleaning the floor. Why not wait until after check out--or even just clean half the floor so guests have room to walk. And then clean the other half lafyer checkout? Otherwise, my stay was fine.
