Location was great, staff was welcoming. For $200 a night I expected towels that were not paper thin. Our queen room had two beds, one mattress was good the other was not. View of the road was bad but we were not in the room long enough that this was much of a problem.

First time staying here. Check-in was easy. 3 card access entrances and centrally located elevators. Small hotel and little to no wait time when needing an elevator. Continental breakfast. Sits right at the foot of the London Bridge which made for easy walk to boat light parade.

All the staff were great. The only issue I had was the air conditioner fan was extremely loud, sound like a small engine airplane so every time it turned on. Difficult to sleep well.

The front desk doesn’t know how to properly check in guests or check out guests. They made me feel like I made it complicated when booking through a third party. Very uncomfortable

Would have been better if they hadn't burned the toast so badly that the fire alarms when off at 6:30 am while in the shower and had to stand outside with wet hair until the piercing alarm could be turned off 30 minutes later. Awful headache.

Room was very nice. Excellent location…right at the bridge. Breakfast was included and was a very good full breakfast. Room was set up nicely with a refrigerator, microwave and safe. I would rate it a 5 but there were too many flies in the outside eating area and the shower door would not stay closed. We would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and pleasant. The only complaint I have is that I am a light sleeper and was awoken by running around upstairs a few times also the fire alarm rang around 11 which was a false alarm. I didn’t go to the pool since we spent the day boating at the lake which is very close by. I would stay here again.
