Overall an excellent choice for a stay in the area. Close to most amenities and good walkable access to the lake shore. Rooms are spacious and very well equipped for short or longer stays. Fitness room and pool are great. We had 1 issue with the central air system for the whole property that seemed to be above or very close to our room (339) it runs continuously and is noisy, if you are a light sleeper take some ear plugs.

The parking was lacking. Came back to the hotel late at night and there was no parking space left except for a boat space ; we were directed to park by the aquatic center where the lights were not very bright. We did not feel comfortable leaving the vehicle there; and we saw a coyote walking past us. Luckily the night person let us park near the front door after voicing our concerns/complaints.

Everything started with a very long and early drive. Not sure about our check in was going to be? The I had the great pleasure to meet you front desk staff member Justin!! What a job he preformed. Pleasant, helpful and courteous!! You have a gem of an employee and you should consider a rapid promotion path for this outstanding customer service agent!!

A lot of dogs barking in the rooms. Not at all pleased that I came to a place and have to listen to other people’s dogs obviously unattended to in their rooms.

Obviously new, spotless, well equipped rooms, great breakfast, absolutely perfect stay. We are retired and travel lots, this is one of the best hotels we've ever been to. The staff are fantastic, everyone we met was great

Great place to stay. not your average hotel. fully equipped kitchen. Nice size room. firm but comfortable mattress. helpful staff. Good location close to the lake. I will be back.

Great staff and the breakfast provided was enjoyable. It’s a new property but it was discerning to see dirty floors, windows and elevators. The pool area was not well kept either. It’s like surface cleaning is only done in certain areas. Pull out couch was more comfortable than the bed. But rooms are spacious and perfect for families! Not sure if we would stay again for the price paid.

Everything was great except the beds were not very comfortable. I like a soft bed and they were too firm for my liking so I didn’t sleep very well. Other than that everything was great!

Beautiful, new clean property with very friendly and helpful staff. Would go there again. Only problem was, not enough sound insulation between floors -- we heard footsteps and loud bangs coming from the room above us, beginning at 6 in the morning and ending late at night.

Newer property in the area. The hotel staff are very nice! Breakfast is an excellent plus. This hotel is super close to the main areas for Lake Havasu City. I would return to this hotel absolutely!

We came up here from San Diego for my daughters jet ski photo shoot. Perfect location, parking was a little tight for jet ski trailer.

The property is barely 6 months , new , clean and has good smell. It has microwave Kitchen utensils ,plates , etc . The room is roamy with a couch.

They made me wait 2 hours to check in. They charged me ON TOP of what hotels.com charged me because they said they didn’t receive the payment. Housekeeping walked in without knocking while I was in the bathroom!!!!

Beautiful property. Great breakfast options. Loved the unexpected pull out couch in our two queen room so my children each had a separate bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchenette in room was handy and full stocked with dishes and utensils. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Only issue was parking. At night all the spots were full, and some people with boats took up extra spots were multiple vehicles could have parked. No clear over flow parking except for a unimproved dirt lot across the street.

I was expected to pay one price that was provided now they had an additional price for a fee which I did not expect charge to stay within my budget unhappy with the service? If I knew it was gonna be this much I would’ve just went somewhere else now I know.
