We had a great time at the Shibuya stream hotel. The location is just amazing: minutes walk from the Shibuya station and easy to get to anywhere. The staff was very helpful: they helped provide clear instructions for airport transfer. Check-in process was smooth, rooms were very clean and everything was great. Breakfast buffet was also very high quality. Only good things to say and would definitely recommend this property.

First time visitor to Tokyo Japan. The Shibuya location of this hotel was perfect for us. All of the staff at the hotel are extremely helpful, and spoke English too. The hotel has lots of amenities so visit each meister. It was easy to get to and from the train station with our luggage. There are restaurants and coffee shops right outside the hotel. The crossing and shopping is convenient walk. I recommend especially for first time visitors because of the great location.

This property was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, and the room we stayed in was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was top notch. So much available nearby (coffee, shopping, a great salad place), and the Scramble and entertainment area were within walking distance (10-minute walk or so). I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend this hotel!
