All was nice and as expected. We changed from excellence el carmen to hyatt ziva because of poor service there. We could sense the difference. Service at hyatt ziva was excellent.

Wow I don’t have anything negative about this resort. Everything was amazing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was always delicious. The room was very clean and beautiful. I will definitely be returning soon.

Result is smaller than the competition, but it plays great at what it does. Very personal attention, with high attention to detail, impeccable grounds, pools, water park. And then there's the food and drinks; everything we tried was delicious and very high quality. Will need to visit again and again!
