The lady at the front desk wouldn’t listen to me. She kept talking about things not related to the hotel or check in even though I said a few times I was in a hurry.

The room was nice, but the remote didn’t work and the telephone didn’t work. I was on the third floor and all night I heard slamming doors and bumping and running. I couldn’t sleep told the lady on duty she said she would call the rooms and ask to keep it down. But I was hoping to be moved to another room or she at least come hear for herself. For the extra fees I had to pay it should have been quiet.

Arrived fairly late. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is clean and nice. 10/10 would stay here again.

The cancer treatment center uses this property and there is a lot of Mary J that gets smoked outside. Do not park near the building if that matters to you. Otherwise great facility

We were not able to even stay the night. They use industrial cleaners due to allowing pets which my husband was horribly allergic to and we had to leave because he couldn't breath!!!!!!! We are still trying to get a refund due to the fact we had to pay for other accomedations!

Friendly desk staff, quiet rooms. Bathroom door didn’t latch correctly, but with only two of us, it wasn’t a big problem

Barking dogs; rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everything going on in the hallway and when your neighbors are showering or flushing the toilet.

I was on the 3rd floor and heard all the regular customer movement from the 4th floor. Someone was knocking at 3am on a door 3rd floor and even though front desk was notified it took over 45 minutes before the situation was under control.

Nice place. Wish they had guest usage arrangements with One Life Fitness similar to the other hotels in the area. Minor ick factor in the shower area - could use a bit better cleaning. Otherwise acceptable and I will stay again if other hotels with One Life privileges are not available.

The hotel is new, so rooms are clean, comfy, quiet, spacious, with a nicely appointed, kitchenette, which is of no consequence
for a quickie overnight stay. Unfortunately , no breakfast buffet was offered. Nice oversize wall mount TV , full shower, new fixtures, were there a nice bonus.

The staff made the stay pleasant! They were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The hotel itself was fine. Clean enough, comfortable enough, but nothing memorable (aside from the great staff!).
