The location and prompt response from staff. The room was extremely clean and there was an ample amount of towels. The property is well kept and in a nice neighborhood.
It would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid to wash dishes. The automatic dishwasher would not come on. The toilet was clogged however the staff were prompt with fixing it. That was pretty much the only issues.

Big Rooms
Ice machine. I know 2 little ice trays were in the room but they were not even ready for us the next morning

Nice layout
Asked for bottom floor and stated walk in shower was mandatory. Got 3rd floor and handicap tub. Lost power and unable to leave during that time period as elevator was down. I’m handicapped and unable to navigate stairs.
