This was my second time staying at Geronimo’s guest house and if I come back to Lisbon, I will absolutely stay again. The guest house feels like a home away from home. The room was incredibly spacious, the bed super comfortable, and great shower. Lots of closet space for an extended stay. I was here for a work conference and it was perfect. Right next to the bus/tram stop and could walk to Pastel de Belem in the morning for a nata without the crowds :)

We stayed at Geronimo Guest House Belém for 2 nights. It is located very close to Jerónimos Monastery and other attractions we wanted to visit. Very convenient. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean. We really like this hotel. We encountered a little glitch when we arrived. Due to communication problems we did not receive the email the manager Ricardo sent and didn't know how to get in (they don't have a staffed front desk). Tried to call but got no answer. It was a 20 minutes of panic in the summer heat. Eventually someone came out and we were able to get in with the owner Jorge. He took us to the room and it was all smooth after. Jorge was very helpful. The next day Ricardo came over and apologizad many times and even bought a box of Pasteis de Belém egg tarts to show his sincerity. We were really touched. I recommend this hotel.

The room really felt like home and the location was amazing. Would gladly stay again on my next trip to Lisbon.

Air conditioning worked perfectly. It was very quiet at the property, yet close to many places. It was very clean as well. No conplaints!
