The location was great! The apartment was clean and the AC worked great.
The bathroom gets damp and smelly.
It’s a shared unit so if the upper room is occupied, you can hear the steps. There is also a workshop below and it gets loud during the day.
The check in process is awful and needs to be streamlined. You have to wait until 15:00 before receiving check in instructions despite being asked about your arrival and coordinating on when we could get to the apartment.

We loved the location.
We didn’t like that we never met the owner for him to show us how to work the washer dryer or anything else. The key was a big problem sometimes would take 10 minutes before we could get into our room and then another key to get into our bedroom. If there was ever a fire, you’d have to jump out the balcony and probably break your neck. The last night people had moved in and they were very noisy upstairs had to go and tell them that we were trying to sleep.
