Die Lage vom Hotel war super, da man entweder zu Fuß einen längeren Spaziergang in die Innenstadt machen konnte oder die Metro auf der anderen Straßenseite nehmen konnte. Außerdem war das Personal überaus nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war an einer viel befahrenen Straße, weshalb Schlafen mit geöffnetem Fenster nicht möglich war. Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage auch nicht immer einwandfrei.

Die Unterkunft war vom Airport kommend gut zu erreichen, parken konnten wir direkt vor der Haustür, auch weil wir nur von Samstag auf Sonntag hier übernachteten. Der Self Check in funktionierte prima, das Frühstück war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich!
In unserem Zimmer roch es etwas muffig, es war sehr düster (kaum Tageslicht) und leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile, un plus particolare per Emanuel, sempre super gentile e disponibile!
Le camere sono piccole, ma hanno tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dalla metro e comoda per raggiungere il centro.
La colazione è variegata e ha tutto quello che serve per iniziare bene la giornata, in più, la mattina ti preparano anche le uova come preferisci, cosa che ho apprezzato davvero tanto!
Un altro plus per la doccia: acqua con una buona pressione e, soprattutto, il bagno non si allaga! 😄
Nel complesso, ottima esperienza e struttura assolutamente consigliata. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Very good location, right by the blue metro line and not far from the red line. Also the very nice park is close. Professional staff, and I especially appreciated Adriana’s helpful and friendly approach. The breakfast was simple but tasty, with freshly prepared omelettes or scrambled eggs, fruit , as well as good capsule coffee.
The air conditioning was not working. Based on the reviews, it seems that this is not an isolated issue. Most rooms have limited access to daylight and natural ventilation, so the fact that the air conditioning was not working really frustrated me. The accommodation is not cheap, and surely it should be possible to find a technician even over the weekend, even though we are in Portugal, where even tourist attractions can close as early as 4:30 p.m.
If an accommodation claims to have something like a four-star rating, continuous maintenance of the air-conditioning system is simply a must! This is the main reason why I would not return. If it weren’t for the genuinely good breakfast and the excellent attitude of the staff, I would rate the accomodation even lower.
At the same time, I disagree with the comments elsewhere claiming that the accommodation is dirty or mouldy. Quite simply, when you cannot properly ventilate the room or turn on the air conditioning to an appropriate setting, the overall impression of the room will not be good, even if the room itself is otherwise nice.
