-La propreté de la chambre ainsi que des espaces communs malgré la négligence et incivilités de certains voyageurs (mention particulière de courage pour la jeune femme de l’entretien)
-La proximité des transports en commun et supermarché ( Aldi, Lidl,…)
-Entrée sécurisée par les trois codes différents.
-La climatisation
-La literie très confortable
-Le réactivité de réponse aux messages
-La connexion Wifi
-L’incivilité de certains autres voyageurs notamment dans la cuisine commune qui monopolisent toutes la vaisselle sans la laver.

This place is a great location between the metro and buses. You can access town very quickly and easily. The apartment and shared areas are kept clean. The bathrooms are cleaned daily.
It’s on the third floor. Older building to no elevator access. I had a bit of a hard time with the stairs (but I was recovering from a knee surgery)
The room was a tid bit small and there was no where for us to put our suitcases or clothes it’s essentially the walk way and the bed. We had no control over the air conditioner so we had no air-conditioning the entire time.. it seems their air-conditioning is on a central system, and you are not allowed to change the mode. This was never fixed during our stay.

Response to issue during stay. On a 4 day stay a 48h resolution initial timeline with no urgency. Only responded after pressure from formal complaint.
Plumbing issues galore: cloggings and foul smells.
