On the plus side, definitely the location and communication with the host — I received all the information remotely, everything was very precise, and there were no issues with check-in or access. The kitchen was well equipped, and the room with the private bathroom was quite comfortable.
Unfortunately, there were also some downsides. The bathroom layout was poorly designed: the bathtub was surrounded by a shower curtain, behind which the towels were hanging, so they were completely unable to dry. It made no sense at all. Also, the bathtub drain kept getting clogged. But let's say those are minor issues. The other housemates were much worse. Cooking strongly scented dinners after 10 PM (fish) and keeping an open can of sardines in the fridge for two days is unacceptable. The ventilation was average. I think the house rules should regulate such matters if other guests lack common sense — the lack of clear rules was really annoying, and to be honest, it brings the score down to a 7.

Mooi apartement, geheel gerenoveerd in moderne stijl. In het apartement 3 kamers met eigen badkamer en toilet. Gemeenschappelijke luxe keuken / eetruimte. Gelegen in mooi apartementencomplex in een mooie en rustige buitenwijk. Goede metroverbinding met het centrum. Mogelijkheid om in de parkeergarage te parkeren voor een bescheiden bedrag.
Weinig, wellicht afstand tot het centrum en toeristische attracties.

De appartement was schoon en de keuken was heel goed geëquipeerd. De congierge was heel aardig en behulpzaam.
Het gebruik van de parkeergelegenheid is een gedoe. The door opener of the parking lot didn't work well either.
The bedding was too warm despite the airconditioning.
We heard the airplanes landing and taking off. Disturbed our sleep.
