The property was fine. The suite was lacking in that I booked it for three adults. The pull out couch is horrible and there was only sheets to put on it. It's 45 degrees outside. We called for a blanket and they brought one thin one up. I gave my son the cover off the main bed. Also, there are only 2 bath towels. I didn't want to call, because when I called for the blanket, it seemed as though it was a bother.

The sign in the bathroom said room service comes every other day; however, when I inquired about this, they said I needed to request this service the day before

Hotel was clean, staff wasn’t very friendly. We didn’t have hand soap in our bathroom and we called twice to have it filled and it never happened. The pool was closed without prior notice and the breakfast for a honewood suites was subpar at best. Took them 3 calls and 2 days to get a crib

Great hotel, 17 mins from downtown, the lady who takes care of breakfast on the check in counter side is AMAZING! She’s super friendly and starts your day off right.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However the setup of the bath area doesn't provide a lot of privacy. The shower and toilet were in one place with a door, and just outside of that was the sink and mirror area, but with no door separating that from the room. Not a huge issue for me, but something to keep in mind when considering who you are traveling with. The kitchenette was a nice addition and fully stocked. Also the hotel is really close to a few restaurants which is nice. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

The only thing I didn’t like was that checkout was at 11am and we got a knock on the door from housecleaning at 8am and another around 9am when we were still sleeping

Everything was good, variety of choices at breakfast. We were sad there was a pool but no hot tub! We were there 4 nights and it would have been nice if housekeeping would have refreshed our towels halfway through, but otherwise everything was fine.

This is my new "go-to" when I visit the Boston area! It was clean and new and everyone was great. The breakfast was better than anticipated (though we wish there was whole milk for the coffee). The design of the bath area limited the amount of privacy and was a bit strange where the shower and commode were in one place and just outside of that was the double sink space that was open to the bed area. No door so when washing up/shaving, well, no privacy for that. Otherwise though, it was great. The pool was indoor and kept warm and very clean. I will definitely stay there the next time. Oh, also close to restaurants and stores if you need them. The kitchenette is always welcome because of the full fridge and microwave. You can't smoke indoors anywhere, which I appreciated and pet-friendly - we met lots of cute pups.

Although we arrived late due to severe weather our stay was great. Our room was ready when we arrived, and our check in took less than 10 minutes. Rebecca was so helpful and pleasant to speak to when I called about checking in late and also when we arrived. Our room was so spacious and very clean. The area is also very nice and quiet so that was a plus. Oh and breakfast was amazing! There was many things to chose from. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Excellent hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The area had a few close restaurants within walking distance that were good. The area was quiet and felt safe. They also didn’t charge for parking which was a huge plus. I definitely recommend!

Frequent stayer at this hotel because of the amenities, and friendly staff. I travel alot to arpund New Englad, and New York so I always staff at Hilton hotels. I was disappointed in me not being able to change the dates for my reservation that I made in error through Expedia but the hotel was unable to extend that offer as they do not accept cancellations or chages. I spien with both parties to no avail

Very nice property with plenty of easy parking. Great access to the road network with lots of stores and restaurants a very short drive away. Next to the hotel is a restaurant and a fast food place.

The only issue was that it said the rooms had queen beds in the suite but they were far from. The beds when measured are smaller than a size full which was a bit annoying.

Stayed in one of their suite for over a week. Few minor items missing, but overall, absolutely perfect. Should you stay in Boston, it's a perfect place to stay.

So I’ll start off this review by saying that the hotel is in a great location. That’s probably the greatest amenity. The hotel itself, however, has some faults. The breakfast was subpar at best. Very little (if any) selection of hot foods. Apparently there is one side of the lobby for Homewood Suite guests to eat at and the opposite side is meant for Fairfield Inn guests to eat at. This was never explained to us at any point until we sat down on the wrong side and we were asked by staff which side did we get our food from. The pool was also frigid cold. Too cold to actually enjoy for more than a few minutes. We stayed in a king suite which was a nice room. But it is not as spacious as a normal suite in other hotels. If you plan to use the pull out sofa bed, be prepared to move furniture around and have very little room to walk in the room. Also, they ask you to let them know 24 hours in advance if you’d like your room cleaned, which was a hassle if you’re only staying 2-3 days like me. Actually the whole time I was there, I did not see a single person from housekeeping. All in all I’d give this hotel a 6 out of 10 mostly because of its location. If I were to visit the area again, I’d stay somewhere else.

This was our second time staying at Homewood Suits. Both times we absolutely loved our experiences! The suits are perfect if you have children! They are so spacious and provide the comfort of home! Will be back again for sure!

Was perfect for our party size (4 adults and 3 kids), the rooms were big enough, having two bathrooms was also very convenient. It was confortable, kitchen could have been a little bit bigger, we had to do 2 services, 1 for the kids and the other for the adults, but that's very minor.
Not too far from Boston downtown, was taking like 15-20 min during the weekend and ~45mins during the week.
