The hotel was in a nice location with easy parking and a short drive to Boston. The hotel could use some updating. In our room there were several locations with splashes on the wall where it looked like someone had thrown something at the wall. In the bathroom there was no hand soap, only body wash in a dispenser next to the sink.

We had a great trip! While the location can be a bit rough to navigate with traffic, the hotel was top notch. Easily one of the nicest and most spacious rooms I've had in a long time. The updated interactive TVs also made the stay so much nicer at night. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offerings are awesome.

Very dirty and dingy place. We ended up not even spending the night due to discovery of Bed Bugs! Thank goodness we noticed them prior to getting into bed.

Great hotel, excellent check in and out, great customer service. Room and bathroom were both clean. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were awful. Linens were fresh and comfortable. Blackout shade was a nice touch, but we couldn't open it more than a foot.

There's a reason why I choose Hampton... this one was great and close to everything. Easy check in, good parking, breakfast was great and the bar was quiet but our bartender was very friendly.

I’ve spent 3 or 4 nights, per month the last 3 months, overall very good, however there needs to be push back on the hospitality industry in general about their practice that was initiated during Covid of cleaning your room every other day, my last stay they didn’t come in once in 4 nights. No excuse of they can’t find anyone to do the work as I witnessed a couple of women inquiring at the front desk if there were any openings in housekeeping and were told there were no openings, this is all about profits, lower the room cost if you are not going to provide service, this is universal not only at this property, consumers need to push back

Despite no smoking policy the room— otherwise clean, spacious, and comfortable— had a distinctly smoky odor. The property is not well marked from the road and set back in a huge parking lot, so-best for business trip only. Systems were down, so bar and snacks were cash only—the two women there alone did their best to help everyone. Kudos to them.

The hotel was very nice, and I would defiantly stay again. Breakfast was good but the pool was having some issues with the celling bubbling up, so they had a blower going with no caution around it and the kids kept trying to play with it. Also, you should have a couple tables with chairs at the pool instead of the lounge chairs easier for family to sit and your towels need to be a bit bigger :) They barely fit around the 5 yr. old :)

The room and bathroom were updated and generally attractive and comfortable. Clean when I arrived, but getting the room cleaned during my 4 night stay proved difficult. I asked for the room to be cleaned after my 2nd night (it wasn't after the 1st - wouldn't 1st and 3rd made sense). Bathroom straightened, trash emptied, bed not made. I understand it was the weekend and staff is hard to find - but attention to cleaning to suit the customer would have improved my stay.

Very nice staff, breakfast was amazing both mornings, very clean room, a nice tv. I grew up in that area and it is very safe. Price was amazing and fair. The mall is close by, groceries, takeout all nearby.

The room was very nice and the shower was amazing. The bed was beyond comfortable and we didn’t hear anything during our stay from surrounding rooms. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. We travel to this area often and will definitely stay again.

The front staff was not the Friendliest kind of rude. When we went to shower, there was no soap or condition left. The hair dryer couldn't plug into the outlet in the bathroom Room was freezing when we checked in

Hotel was clean enough but was gel in shower was empty. Bed not made well so sheets didn’t stay on bed very well. Mattress very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept well.

Family stayes 4 nights ..was great lication for Stone zpo and legoland discovery centre we got uber cabs and very reasonable. Hotel was modern 2 easy otions walkable for food . Breakfast option limited ran out of bread so couldnt even make toast .same every day . Frontdesk was very casual has to ask if packages had been delivered and not much knowledge on places to cisit for food etc . Hotel clean and modern.
