The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.
The light switch in our room didn’t work and neither did the mini fridge.

We had breakfast there 2 days, it was the same thing both days. It was okay.
None of the ice machines were working. The only laundry room we saw was constantly in use. Our first room the heat/AC unit was not working. No big deal, we were moved to a new room. The next day we could not get in our room and it turns out we were moved in the computer to the wrong room and someone else was listed in our room. So after 3 trips back to the lobby and the person at the desk confirming with the person that moved us that we knew which room we were staying in, we got new keys. No other issues, we ended up leaving a day early because one of our tours was canceled. It was not the worst place I've ever stayed. Overall it was clean and the staff was friendly. Just a few mix ups and inconveniences that I could have done without.
