Convenient location. Good value.

One of the pass codes did not work, door to our room rattled every time anyone else on that floor open and close their door

The worst hotel experience in my life

Nothing

renting to the state, at least let the people that are going to stay there that they rent to the state for homeless people like a shelter and here I am paying close to $200 per night to stay there, the hotel it self was very run down, people were hanging out in the hallways, kids running up and down the hallways as well, I will never stay at another Red Roof Inn Again!!!!!!!

Overall it was 4.5/5 stars. This Red Roof exceeded my expectations on a lot of things.

The room was cleaner than I expected and the staff were very friendly. I arrived early to check in but there were no rooms available, the receptionist gave me some place to put my stuff and told me to give him my number so that he contact me when a room was available. It only took them about two hours to get me checked in but at least I had some place safe to put my stuff so it made waiting easier. And while I was waiting I went to the Mexican restaurant across the street to enjoy a meal.

The wifi could have been better. It wasn't such good quality wifi. And I wish they had more channels like Tennis. The WiFi and lack of certain tv channels was the only thing I truly didn't like about this place.

Decent spot for overnight stay after flying into Boston the night before.

Convenient location to stay overnight before heading to NH after arriving late at Boston airport. Good price, relative to other hotels in the area. Decent Tex Mex restaurant next door and coffee shops nearby.

Rickety sounding elevator did not inspire confidence

Disgusting, disappointing

Absolutely nothing.

FILTHY. MOLDY ROOM. The dangerous and hardly functional elevators - the door starts opening before you reach your destination, and it rattles with a loud bang. It is terrifying not to mention that the buttons don’t light up inside the elevator, so you’re not really sure if you’re good to go or not. Our “handicap accessible” room was NOT handicap accessible- doorway is or not wide enough for a wheelchair. The toilet was not handicap accessible and the shower was not handicap accessible — it was a bathtub/shower. There was pubic hair in our toilet upon check-in. The handle on our door to the room didn’t work properly so it was an adventure getting in each time there was water from AC units leaking all over the place and all three of us and my family were sick from very intense allergic reactions to the room. The floor was a bit sticky, and the AC hardly got cold. The man who checked us in was a little less than friendly. I went outside to get fresh air (literally having trouble breathing in the room and you can’t open any windows because there are no damn screens) I walked by multiple piles of trash and had to literally brush away bottles and cups and other trash to sit on the bench so I could spend some time outside. when we originally called into the property, we drove around the entire building, because we couldn’t tell where the main entrance was supposed to be. I know that the red roof inn is not a nice hotel chain but for nearly $200 a night I expect to be able to shower without my shoes on.

Canceled our next reservation at a Red Roof in our next destination and re-booked to a nicer place.

Location was good.

Not particularly clean. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Shower dirty. Floor was snap-together material and felt like it had floor cleaner all over it - very slippery and felt gross on the feet.

Bed bugs and swastikas.

The location was good. Ease of access to everything we wanted. Price was decent.

We had bed bugs in our room, the toilet leaked, and there were swastikas carved into the walls of the elevator. They removed the swastikas after a day or two.

stayed the night to enjoy a sports event . raining outside .. tv was having issues .. slept okay for the night . no real

location , beds were good , good water pressure, big room .

room had no hook up for computer, iPad , or cell phone . not many towels in room , light on bed not really convenient, patch work obvious on ceiling, 1 sink , elevator shaky ( old ).. lots of vehicle parking , but no real security to watch vehicles..

The pool was not available for people that stay there it was misleading due to the fact that the web site and the booking site all have pictures of the pool but do not say that you can not swim. We also had to get a different room due to the first room being dirty and unacceptable

it was nice, they were doing some remodeling but it was clean, the staff was helpful and really nice.

the beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses need some updating
