Friendly staff

House keeping never came into our room the second day to empty trash or give us fresh towels for the next day. The second night we were awoken at 3am by the room next door that was obnoxiously loud, yelling, slamming doors. Smell of cigarette smoke was coming from next door. Had to call the front desk to complain. The noise went on beyond 4am.

Good hotel, hospitable staff and good breakfast. Excellent location, close to expressway.

It was exactly what we wanted in a one-night layover. The breakfast the next morning was more than adequate to get us on our way. Checkout was fast and parking was easy. No negatives, other than when we stayed there was a lot of road work going on nearby - but that's Boston!

Would not stay here again

Location was the only positive

Our room was very dirty and smelled. The only pillows were small throw pillows. Extremely overpriced for the room but we were in an emergency situation and needed a place

Not worth the money.

Closeness to the Shriners Auditorium, in Wilmington. Breakfast included.

Room was smelly. Not so clean. Carpets need an update. Staff was barely present.

Very good

Nice beds, clean, breakfast included. Many reviews comment on the highway noise but I disagree… the highway is far away and it’s only like the noise of a distant fan / white noise. It didn’t disturb me at all.

Eggs were rather artificial.

Clean. Larger room. Quiet. On site parking. Convenient to public transport. .

Poor water pressure in shower and no military or senior discount are the only downside for our one night stay

Better value for the money somewhere else for sure.

Breakfast could be better. Cereal brands used tasted like cardboard, could use a bit more variety on the hot meal, no hot chocolate either? for the price I would have just used the Embassy or similar...

The room stunk with moldy odor, the air conditioning unit was annoyingly noisy, the unit had to be turned up higher just to cool the room down, the toilet seat was so loose, and no one took the time to even tighten the bolts to it, the carpet designs are so dark and it hides the dirt, there was hair all over the place and seems like no one vacuumed or that is some lousy vacuum you use for house keeping, rooms were tiny and bathroom was so cramped.

Price made it a great option outside of the city.

The room had everything we needed for our stay.

The communication between Booking.com and the hotel was an issue. We had to change dates and the manager was very confusing on what the expectation for that was. It worked out but it was a hassle. The breakfast was also really sad. The whole family was not impressed. Construction on the entry road and in the area was confusing and messed with the map GPS. Took some extra time to get around.

Overcharged my card twice over 500.00

They charged me over 500.00 EXTRA TWICE the clerks did not know how use their system. When i called they were rude (chris) the 1st week i let it go my bank was able to fix it. The next week (I was there working in boston) i left on a friday and heading to a cruise saw the 500.00 mistake took DAYS to get since it was a weekend. Had to wait since i had no signal on the ship. But they KNEW and said i would have to wait. Teach employees how to do the things properly. I needed my $$ on vacation it was almost ruined.and it happened 2 weeks in a row!!!!!!

Rooms dated, otherwise stay was good. Booking indicated Salem was 11 miles away, was actually 17.

Recommendion for dinner

Arrived at night to find we were double booked. Young man not very helpful, had to refer to supervisor who referred us to Booking .com, agent we spoke to there assisted. Had to check next morning to see if credit was provided.
