Paper thin pillows, disgusting bathrooms that’s re falling apart, furniture in horrible condition and outdated 25 years. the whole place makes you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.

The service was ok but the hotel is too old, the carpets are old and smelly, the floor is uneven, the bed is defective and the bathroom needs to change everything . In general, I think it would be appropriate to renovate the entire hotel

The place was horrible. The area was getto. There was ppl using the bathroom outside as well as sleeping on the sidewalks. The hotel was a place for prostitution. The clerk even told us that we didnt wanna stay there. It was awful.

Besides the ceiling falling down the furniture so filthy that you couldn't touch it I wouldn't even get underneath the covers I've been in a lot of places in my life and this has to rain number one at least the floor ain't even ceiling giving in no microwave no nothing dirty carpet dirty everything it's horrible but I prepaid so there I was thank you

In spite of the hair all over the place, the tube tv with a sticky broken remote, the coat of white paint on the toilet seat and entire bathtub, no ventilation whatsoever, a stupid giant TP holder where your face is supposed to go, no key for the deadbolt, and a bed from the Great Depression, I didnt die. Staff was pleasant.

Facility was terrible, no ice machine , room had a horrible smell

Reception desk was not friendly. The rooms were gross. If you want a dingy shower, a toilet that doesn’t flush and plastic under your sheets, then this is the place for you! Also, we were very frustrated that this MOTEL had the same name as a HOTEL. Be wary of booking this place. Also, if you check out even one minute after 11 AM, your security deposit is not going to be returned.

We barely stayed 15 minutes in this room. It is nothing like pictured at all. The are felt unsafe, and the door didn’t lock all the way. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The showers were moldy and the rooms smelled like sewage. The front desk ladies were not very nice and everything including the walls had dust and dirt stains. Definitely would not stay again. Rooms look nothing like the pictures.

We did not stay! Opened the door, the smell was disgusting, as you can see in the pictures the carpet is coming up, dirty and soft spots on the floor. Does not look at all like the pictures advertised on here!!!! Walked back to the front to request a refund, was told “No problem” and now 10 days later, still no refund!

Located in sketchy area. Numerous homeless. Building is in disarray needs exterior and roof work. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our room smelled of raw sewage, there were dirty crusty pillowcases on the floor, the linens hadn’t been washed, the floor was sticky, the curtains were wet, the staff was rude when I mentioned the issues their response was “well what do you want me to do about it?”. Nothing like the description or photos. Worst hotel I’ve ever attempted to stay at. I only wish I could give less stars.

We didn’t even stay. Checking in there was a window with bars, terrible part of town. Did not feel safe at all. We thought we were checking into the Oyo casino and hotel, this was the Oyo motel. Can’t believe you even offer this choice to your customers. Very disappointed.

Everything was low rated

Very basic hotel which is a little outdated. Nothing special but did its job as a place to rest before heading home. Don’t except a lot but air conditioning worked and place was clean. Area is close to downtown but I would still recommend and Uber or Taxi. Parking was plentiful and no resort fees. Locks worked well and didn’t feel unsafe during my stay.

I´ll never staying here again

Property was poor. Not even worth a star.but no lower rate is available. Do not trust Expedia ratings. One room had smoke alarm going off at arrival. Gave another room it was dirty. Rusty pipes. Security locks broken. No electron sockets on wall to charge phone. Drawers full of trash.

I am Imagine the owners of this property are doing the best they can and it looks pretty decent for what it is but for almost $130 I expected a little bit cleaner facilities. other than that staff is courteous and helpful.

It was cockroach infested, alliances and floor was held together by tape, there was blood on the wall, and the front desk woman is one of the most rude unpleasant people who has made my refund process inexcusably hard

Everything was old in the room. No soap or shampoo, old box t.v, dirty carpet, very very hard bed with thin pillows. Was not worth 154 at all. Don't waste your money

There are no words to describe this experience. Im embarassed they can get away with charging people any amount of money to stay there. And more embarassed that we stayed there.

OYO Gateway Motel Las Vegas North Strip/Fremont St. Area Do not stay. DO NOT STAY. The rooms are a complete misrepresentation on every booking site. The area is not safe, the "security" is laughable as it's only the door lock and you can give a strong shove and it opens. The rooms are dirty, I'm sure they've wiped them down, but you can't remove 20 years of use and filth with a simple rag and fabuloso. They also will give you an entire run around if you demand a refund. I plan to continue pushing this issue until the booking websites have accurate pictures and representation as someone will get robbed if they stay here. It will happen. Rooms: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Location: 1/5 Rooms Old and aged. Dirty but wiped, the bathroom had missing handles and the bedroom floor had stains everywhere. The walls had water stains and had an overall odor that I can't describe other than "no". I want a refund and I will contact everyone I can to get the correct representation so no one gets hurt, robbed, or killed. This is a pay by hour motel and you're trying to upsell it.

Awful

This was very uncomfortable unsafe experience we didn't even last there 2 hours for the price i was charged $140 the place shouldn't be habitable, the bed was unusable the bathroom very dirty and unsafe. No internet for the TV. I have pictures of it . Definitely not recommended dont wastes your time and money in something the is not true online. Please return my money.

The pictures are deceiving. I got put here because hotels.com screwed up my original reservation and no where else had rooms. Hotels.com warned me it was a smoking allowed room, which was fine, but they did not warn me that this place looks straight out of a crime scene. There were huge, very questionable stains in the floor, including drag marks. I pulled back the sheets and there was a giant pee stain, as well as holes in the sheets. There was a bunch of dirt crusted into the carpet as well, but I was far more concerned about the murder-vibe stains. The bed wasn't at all comfortable, but that wasn't as surprising given the rest of the room's state. The bathroom was probably the cleanest, but I didn't bother using much other than the toilet before I checked out early to go somewhere I felt safe. Do not stay here unless you literally have no other option.

Terrible to say the least, we didn’t even stayed the night so my money went to waste

The property didn't look like it's photo's at all and smelled like smoke. It looked like the carpet was from the 60's. The property should be condemned and not allowed to be rented. Paid over 200 dollars a day when I stayed there, is crazy to even charge 50 dollars. Wouldn't stay there unless desperate, if I had a car I would have slept in it.

Property needs improvement it’s old and rooms are not very clean

Had to duck down to get under th shower head. Tub did not drain well.

I liked the location , and that it was clean.
