It was a quiet time of year so it was self check in. But the office had called me on my day of arrival to double check if I had received the email with the information I would need. Highly recommend this hostel.

Very clean and quite. 2 mins walk to the lift chairs and ski back to the hotel.

We had to wait about 45 minutes for our room to get unlocked since the room key did not work upon arrival
