Nice spot near the famous farmers market with lots of parking. Room was spacious, nice sized shower, and bed was comfy. Only issues: the heater/fan in room was very loud especially at night. Could perhaps need maintenance?? and didn't allow us a solid night's sleep which was frustrating. The pillows were very flat, perhaps need replacing and originally a little skimpy on towels in bathroom. We had to ask for extras which they gave us.

Decent hotel. Water takes literally forever to heat up. No bottled water available for purchase, but they had every kind of soda you could think of.

The Hotel is new and in good condition. Located a short distance from the St. Jacobs farmers market. The breakfast was OK with limited options. The biggest drawback was the sleep quality which was terrible. The hotel rooms look great aesthetically but appear to be made from cardboard. We had a rom right next to the elevator and every time someone even walked by it felt like Bigfoot was stomping around. Getting a few minutes of quiet time was impossible. Tip for the Hotel management - If you are catering to a large prebooked group please make arrangements to have them checked in separately and also contained to a couple of floors in the hotel so that other guests are not inconvenienced.

We took our son and his wife to watch a play at the st. Jacobs country playhouse right in front of the hotel. We never regretted staying for the night at this hotel. It was wonderful, comfortable and clean. Great experience.

It was an amazing stay because the hotel looked so new and well equipped. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast’s options were exceptional and delicious. It was a beautiful experience. Will come back the next time when booking a hotel.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. It's a new property and the place is super clean, well appointed, nicely decorated and the bed was really comfortable. I love the local touches and the decor reflects the area. The full breakfast was a nice suprise - eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee and juice. The lobby has coffee at all times. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant and professional. Can't say enough about this hotel, located a short walk from the St. Jacob's Market.

It was very unfortunate to receive a message the day before our reservation stating we need vaccination papers to access the restaurants, gym, or pool. This message is 2 years out of date and was very distressing for us to receive! This hotel should get it's act together. (Beds weren't very comfortable either, both had backaches each morning.)

Quiet, outskirts of Waterloo and St Jacob’s. The market is open Saturday and we were there for a Sunday night. Several restaurants are closed on Mondays, so make sure you check if they are open before heading out.
