for a historic building it was beautifully modernized with all the amenities I wanted except parking was in the municipal tower.

Booked a standard city view room with a King Bed, the room was quite small (not a lot of room between the bed and the table/desk) but practical. A nice assortment of teas provided plus coffee pods and a fridge. I appreciated the bottled water to use for coffee since Waterloo water is soft and doesn't taste great. Comfortable bed and large pillows, plus bath robes and shampoo, etc. provided. A convenient location and friendly service - with the option to text front desk with any requests. Would stay again.

Amazing property. Great staff. room was clean and elegant. remember you are down town with downtown problems. Not the hotel's fault. Everything you need is right out the front door, from barbers to great choices of food. AWESOME 5 STARS. Thankyou
