I really liked the fact that the room is in the basement, it gives you full control over the temperature. You also have your own bathroom which is great. The hosts take excellent care of you, providing breakfast and even allowing use of their kitchen to cook some easy meals.

Excellent location close to St Jacob’s farmers market , antique stores , Walmart , other stores and conservation park closeby . Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

In Waterlook city and near the university.
The room is baseroom so he humidity was very high, reaching 90%. I suggest the host turn on the dehumidifier before guests arrive. I don't dare turn on the dehumidifier when I sleep because it's just too noisy. Aside from the dampness and the lack of cups in the bathroom for brushing my teeth, everything else is fine.
