Frank checked us in he was great ! Got late check our key kept deactivated so it was a little inconvenience but everything else was great! The room view was great!

Great hotel! Close and convenient to Philly! Enjoyed my stay w/ a beautiful view. Was in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. You can walk to the aquarium from the hotel. Front Desk lady Nicole was very nice!

it was great. always clean. the view is perfect by the bridge and water. this is my local getaway. its so close to philly but you get less traffic and more parking.

Management clearly does not know how to properly run a hotel in a timely manner. Late check-ins due to cleaning staff. Poor service at restaurant. Food/drink bar not properly stocked whole time. Elevators are sketchy. Water pressure/heat in showers are poor. Not really anything good to say about this stay for 2 nights. Embarrassing for a Hilton brand.

We were just trying to have some alone time away from our house. This hotel was perfect. It was clean and updated. We had a river view room that was very relaxing to watch. I would totally visit again.

I am a Hilton Honors member and I have stayed at many, many Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites over the years. This is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn that I have ever stayed in. The layout of the hotel and the room that I stayed in were ideal for a business traveler. The hotel is directly across the river from downtown Philadelphia. Access to downtown is very easy. I was not interested in the amenities around the hotel so the lack of nearby restaurants and nightlife were not important. I would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 except that one of the elevators was not working during my stay. This made accessing my room on an upper level more difficult.

The app didn’t communicate with the hotel. So my kiddos were stuck outside in a snow storm while I tried to figure it all out. They wanted us to pay twice. We’ve been here many times and the old manager would have never made my kiddos stay outside in the truck while they figured out the disconnect. It was disappointing.

We went for one night to bring in The New Year🎉Good stay! Nice hotel. Just wish they offered complimentary breakfast. Other than that the rooms and hotel was clean.

Shower door didn’t close. Also shower wasn’t clean. Hair and dirt was visible around perimeter of the shower. Ordered breakfast and received a McDonald’s sausage biscuit a hash brown in our order.

Staff was so friendly, which cannot be undervalued. The hotel was clean, with absolutely no smells of old smoke anywhere. The room was spacious, the shower had great hot water and water pressure, the TV was easy to use and the restaurant downstairs had one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!

I can say that the property was nice but the quality of the rooms and the bed in the room was very hard not up to my standards. I had to leave the next day after my stay to transfer to a Marriott facility. This is a second Hilton facility that I’ve stayed at that I did not, like I will not probably stay at another Hilton property again.

People give Camden a bad name . This is such a nice area . I was so surprised. Staff at hotel are friendly and professional from front desk , cleaning staff and maintenance people. Very nice hotel with restaurant with reasonable prices and great food.

breakfast should be better for $50. It should be gourmet. I ordered eggs over easy the eggs were OK home fries should have had onions in it. Corn beef hash was overcooked. My sister ordered pancakes not that good. The bacon was very salty. For this type of hotel, the food has to be perfect and tasteful. for the price that you’re charging. there is a restaurant in Haddon Township called Legacy diner their breakfast was spectacular. Also, lots more variety. When we first went into the bathroom, which was the disabled room. one of the dresser drawers had underwear and socks in it. Supervisors should be checking the rooms after the housekeeper cleans them.

My boyfriend and I absolutely love this hotel. Definitely our most favorite hotel. The hotel is extremely modern, clean and beautiful. The rooms are to die for. Large and accommodating. Make sure you get a view of the water/bridge. Breathtaking especially at night.

We had a king bedroom and it was clean and spacious with a view of the water. The bridge is nearby and a quick shot to central Philly 10-15 mins. After sunset, the waterfront park is closed and is patrolled by security asking you to leave. Parking in the back is accessed by keycard and $20 nightly. Our dog travelled with us and it was $50 nightly for him. Restaurant was spacious. Not much to do around walking distance, but we appreciated the quiet and felt safe. Staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again next time in the area.
