Good location for my work trip. They didn't have my hotels.com reservation in their system and so it took about 20 minutes waiting at check in to get it sorted. The staff, while polite, were not very interested in helping my check in. Left a tad bit of unpleasant impact on me. No recycling available. Breakfast was decent, wishing try had more fruit and vegetarian options.

We stay here regularly and love the rooms, staff and location. The rooms are oversized and incredibly comfortable, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the location is a short walk away from Chase Field, The Footprint Center and several concert venues to include the Orpheum across the street. We highly recommend!

Tastefully decorated and clean, comfortable hotel room. Breakfast was of good quality foods and lots of choice. This hotel is located in downtown phoenix and it was within walking distance of the conference centre. The one thing I found inconvenient and expensive was their parking options as if you choose self park -the parade is a block away.

It's a great location to walk to downtown spots. Beautiful building with cozy rooms. I loved the bathtub. I was traveling solo and was perfect spot.

The Parking is horrible!! No free parking whatsoever! Rude customer service! If you decide to eat at the bar and restaurant they will ignore you. I paid 18 for this appetizer that looked like they tore off all the leftovers from a pizza flat bread. So disappointing will never be back. Plus the rooms are extremely small.

Hotel was a nice upgraded property in downtown Phoenix. Checked in late, however bar personnel were able to serve us drinks and food from the menu. Room was modern and nicely appointed. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast buffet. It was busy and seemed to have been overwhelmed by a lot of guests on a Saturday morning. Staff had trouble keeping food,. coffee, and supplies from running out.

Decent stay, though they seem like the type to nickel and dime you. Tried to check in an hour early and they wanted to charge me $20.. I mean it wasn't like I tried to check in at 11am. Room was pretty clean, though our bathroom outlets didn't work, there was also chewing gum stuck on the peep hole in our room.

Despite being located downtown it was not had to relax. Several venues and restaurants within walking distance, Staff was friendly. Tap room had great atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Location is great for a convention visit or just to be in central downtown Phoenix. Breakfast options were plenty and Adams Table served excellent selections for lunch and dinner. I was impressed. The gym is also well equipped for a hotel gym. Will certainly stay at a Hyatt Place again.

Easy location downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice little bar/cafe/coffee shop. Beds super comfortable. Room well laid out. We needed more pillows and housekeeping was very sweet. Breakfast is phenomenal. Cage free eggs, great coffee, cereals, bacon, fruit, toast...Really blew us away. I will definitely continue to stay at hyatt places when traveling.

Main downside was all the construction in front of hotel, made it really hard to find anything and parking was outrageous they don't have on the website that you have to pay for parking which was $32 a night for normal parking and it wasn't even at the hotel. Plus no microwave in room

I was not told that the room is cleaned only every other day. Since I only stayed one night that meant that I did not get to experience a clean room when I came back from my conference (which is my favorite part of staying in a hotel). For people staying 2 nights, they should make a point to clean it after that first night.

Our entire stay was very easy. Valet was immediately there to assist with luggage, wheelchair and people. Front desk friendly and informative. The room was ADA as requested and easily navigated with a wheelchair. However, the tub was not a walk-in so it was not usable for bathing. Most importantly, the ADA room was on the 3rd floor. If the electricity goes out, the elevators stop and there is no way for a wheelchair bound person to evacuate the building. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, morning breakfast plentiful and departure Valet quick and efficient and very helpful. Our only problem with the hotel was the ADA issue.

Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, theater, and Footprint Arena. Easy access for taxi’s and rides to airport. Fantastic breakfast!!!! I will stay here again.

Everything was great however when we asked about tv channels due to wanting to watch Sunday night football in our room the staff at the front desk just looked at us like we were dumb for asking them why we all of a sudden didn’t have that channel! No response of let me look into it or trying to help reap the issue! On the other hand valet staff was amazing always helped point us in the right direction and tips for going to the basketball game and local eats!! All and all it was a great stay!

Very conveniently located downtown Phoenix near the LiteRail which transports you all over the main tourist locations and the hotel staff are very friendly and courteous with quick customer service expedited during busy times.

Suffer from the noise from pipes in the wall whole night, there are actually two doors in my room one of it is connected with another room, which is pretty wired and insecure to me; there is no microwave in the room and when I asked the frontdesk she told me they don’t have any microwaves in this hotel.

This hotel is worse than motel standards. Surroundings of this downtown Pheonix hotel is encircled by beggers. They do not clean room unless you ask, front desk does not tell you this rule. The "free" breakfast is so-so. No parking in the hotel, valet is quite expensive for such a low-ranked hotel at $42 per night. The valet in the bath room is covered with dust, asked for cleaning, and came one day later. As a bonus, We found a glass drug pipe in the water reservoir of the coffee maker!

Down to earth, new, friendly staff, nice room, basic, clean, comfortable bed, quiet with three important conveniences in each room: safe, refrigerator, coffee maker. The bonus is a very pleasant breakfast in the morning. Well priced for a centrally and conveniently located downtown restaurant with both self-parking and valet parking amply available at a reasonable price in a safe parking garage. The whole hotel worked well on New Year's Eve, which was impressive to me given the number of guests.
