Felt safe in this downtown hotel. Surprised they did not have a breakfast buffet, only a menu with nothing less than $25. Room was comfortable and large.

Our room was super hot and the thermostat went working Also there was a crack in the door by the lock and the lock was loose on the inside. It looked like someone broke in before and they barely repaired it

I just think the pillows are either way too hard or soft, had a hard time sleeping. Everything else was IMPECCABLE!! Staff is cheerful and welcoming, the hotel is very well kept and in a great location

Perhaps I got the Centric on a bad day. A storm made TV service spotty. My room had an awful smell and they sent someone to clean all the surfaces. Both restaurants were closed. One elevator didn’t work. It was convenient to what I was doing and around the corner from a mall with good dining selections.

Hello I loved the hotel but I really didn’t appreciate the added charges. For example I paid for the hotel and thought I was good to go but upon arrival I was charged an extra 130 dollars for incentives and location of property. I don’t usually write reviews but I would like people to be aware of the extra charges.

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had been swept away to the 1920s. Such a fun and chic hotel! The history behind the Clayton Club is evident throughout. Comfortable and clean rooms. My only complaint is that the rooftop bar wasn’t open past 10pm on a Saturday during the holiday season and a kings game. There were quite a few patrons, my group of two included, who would’ve liked to have enjoyed that space. Instead many grabbed drinks at the lobby bar, which had wonderful cocktails but was super noisy. Hopefully next time we can check out the rooftop space.

Room was spacious and location was convenient. Broken elevator was a bummer, but didn't have to wait too long for a lift. Street noise could be heard from 5th floor, but not intolerable.

Customer service was A+ but that couldn't mask the real issues. We arrived at 4pm and was told our room is not ready which is a bummer after making a 8 hour straight drive. We were told our room will be ready real soon maybe even in the next 5 minutes. They said they have a housekeeping problem and were behind. We then sat at the bar for the next 2 hours and 30 minutes until the room was ready. We met other travelers also waiting at the bar for the same reason. When we did make it to the room it was not entirely clean. There was debris all over the floor the previous visitor, not cleaned. The bathtub did not drain so I showed in water that was shin high. The toilet paper holder was hanging out the sheetrock. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The pillows were very soft like feathers so your head just sank down to the mattress, zero neck support. The USB charging outlet did not work on the nightstand. The best part was the mouse or rat in the wall. Chewing away all night right behind the bed. Its funny how the loud trams going by are really no big deal, you get used to it, but the non-stop chewing and scratching was pretty annoying. Clearly the location is great as I was there visiting some state government agencies. But for the cost of the hotel and it being a Hyatt, that was very bad. Do not recommend.

I come here for the concert at Golden 1 center. This hotel is very closed to the center. Quiet, good service, and comfortable room. As I come here for concerts, I always stay this hotel.

Everthing but checkin and room service were good. I arrived at 3:10 pm, after check in. Was told my room was nkt ready and they would let me know when it was ready. At a little after 4 pm, I was approached by the doorman who asked for my last name. I told him. He went to front desk, returned and said my room was ready.... appearantly it had been for some time. It annoyed me that front desk did not notify me, did not know I was sitting 10 feet away.and did not say anything to me. The room service food was fine (,not good) but it took me over 30 minutes to reach someone to take my order. The room was good. I will not be staying here again.

I really wanted to love this hotel, and did when we first arrived! But after the 3 days with no housekeeping (the best part about staying in a hotel in my opinion) I was highly disappointed. Not even after calling down on the second day to specifically request housekeeping did anyone show up. It wasn't until the 3rd day when we ran out of toilet paper, (thank god for Kleenex), and I had to walk down to the front desk to plead AGAIN for cleaning services, did we arrive back to our room that night to find our bed made and 2 clean towels. No refill on coffee, no water bottles, or even a fresh hand towel. Thankfully they did leave us toilet paper. The facilities are beautiful with immaculate decor, and the girls at the front desk are lovely, but for the price of our stay, I was supremely disappointed. Had the basic necessities been met, I would have likely given this hotel a 5 star review, but coming back every day to an unkept room is absolutely unacceptable in my opinion. Even low budget hotels have daily turn down service.

I can hear the light rail late night and early morning. i can't use stair even I'm on the 2nd floor no water fountain, and you need to pay for bottle water
