I enjoyed the few days we stayed here. The neighborhood is extremely walkable and the streetcar is an excellent bonus The apartment was also very comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. Next time I come to town would stay here again

Stayed for two nights. Love the location. Very clean. Host was very prompt in messaging. Highly recommend. Will be back perhaps with a larger unit and bring family.

The check in instructions state to turn the key all the way to the right, after trying this several times frustratingly, I texted the number it told me to if I was having issues I have never got a response days later. Update your instructions to turn the key all the way to the left and answer texts if that’s your preferred method

This property was awesome! The only glitch was checkin as someone on staff didn't put the keys where they were supposed to be. Security staff were all very helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Parking directions were excellent. Loved the location. Trolley was close and lots of activity/restaurants within walking distance. We will Stay here again if we are ever in the area again.

Our stay was delightful. The apartment/condo was very clean and well stocked kitchen. The street car was a plus, you should be sure to check out Union Station. I would have like to have a little better check in instructions as I tried to check in at the library. I would have also liked to have two suit case stands as I presume most people travel in pairs. There were no facial tissue. Batteries died in the tv remote and there were no spare batteries, but there was a CVS directly across the street for batteries. Had some spices, but out of salt. Over all a great place to stay. I would stay here again.

This is a great location. We were in town for chiefs game. Close to Power and light and convenient to Crossroad area. The front desk folks were super nice. Park at library parking 960 Baltimore Ave.

We were in town for a concert and spent a couple of days. This was the perfect location. Right on the streetcar route if you don't feel like walking. Super walkable location - we checked out River Market and the great farmers' market, walked on the Riverfront Heritage Trail - so fun. So many GREAT restaurants super close too. Would book again!

We loved it ,location was great with several restaurants and bars within walking distance easy access to trolley which took us to several museums and the apartment was very clean and modern with a decent view of skyline we are going to rate it a 4.9 just because we were given the the wrong instructions on how to open the door once we got past that it was smooth sailing, highly recommend 😀

The property was very nice and clean. The people at the security desk were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the parking situation. The parking garage for this unit is only available to funn time residents while it is under construction. You must park at a public pay by the hour lot which is not secure.

Property was just as described. Everything was super clean, close to Power & Light and T-Mobile (which was great for the concert we went to). Parking was kind of tricky but directions were given with pictures which was nice. Communication was easy & great. Highly recommend!

A beautiful property. Awesome location. We appreciated that the property had 24 hour security. Our only complaint was parking. The listing stated covered parking. It should have read paid covered parking. We didn’t mind paying we just weren’t expecting it. There was some confusion on where to enter and park after hours. Security was very helpful. We would stay at this property again.

I stayed here to see downtown Kansas City, and I was not disappointed. The location is awesome! The unit is clean and just like the pictures. The host also answered all my questions and was super helpful. I had some trouble with the key but the security guard at the building was very helpful to help me get into the unit. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice, clean & cozy downtown condo with a view! Perfect place for the two of us & it was really nice that the trolly was right there to take us where we wanted to go. The host was easy to reach & was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this place again!!

Super clean, quiet, and everything you need. It's a few blocks from a grocery so you can pick up food for dinner, right on the streetcar line (currently free to ride) which makes it easy to explore the downtown area, and a number of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. There was even coffee and tea available. If you're on a long trip, you'll appreciate having a washer and dryer right in the apartment. We did have an issue with parking, which I'll mention to help others. It may appear that the garage is closed, it is not closed for people staying in that building, just follow the instructions you get and pull up and get your ticket, the door will open. Also, not that parking is not included, but it is pretty reasonable considering you are right downtown. If we are ever in Kansas City, MO, again, we'll try to stay here.

Nice one bedroom apartment right on the street car line. Easy access to Power and Light, River Market, and Crossroads. On an upper floor and very quiet. Easy communication with property manager. Would stay again.

We had an event at the convention center, and this was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk there in about 7 minutes. The apartment was well kept and secure. I would definitely recommend and consider staying there again.

Everything about the property and host were fantastic. I would note that the kitchen is sparsely furnished. Its not really equipped for cooking much beyond real basics like spaghetti or eggs. Otherwise the place is great.

The condition of the unit and the property was great. It is nice to know that pets are allowed, but the unit did smell a bit like wet dog. As a dog owner it was not a terrible smell, but something to keep in mind for future guests.

My stay was short but it was one for the books! The apartment was clean, scenic, and spacious. I was able to use the gym at the facility, take the light rail just steps away a from the door, and I was able to shop close for groceries. The location and price are both amazing. I highly recommend staying here and getting more bang for your buck.

My husband, myself, and our dog,Max, stayed in this wonderful apartment. Every step of the way was easy with this booking. The people at the front desk were so helpful and made our stay feel very comfortable. A special shout out to Marlin. He was kind, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The apartment was clean and just like the pictures. The location was amazing with the streetcar pickup being right outside the front door. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we are back in the KC area!

Property was accurate to listing. Check in/out instructions were very clear and arrived without any hassle. The space is located directly across from CVS which came in handy. Parking garage was secure, a little pricey, but there was also street parking available. The unit was very clean when we arrived! I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment! Wonderful view. A ceiling fan would have been nice in the bedroom, but would not keep me from staying again in the future. Check in instructions were very easy. Perfect area near Power and Light. CVS across the street was very convenient.

We went to KC for a quick escape, and this place was perfect. The view was cool, the place was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. We will be back.

This apartment was even more than the pictures. The views were great, the location was perfect. If you are looking for a downtown place, within easy walking distance to P&L and everything the street car has to offer, this is the place!
