Everything is so well organized, very comfy and welcoming. Best location, Best kitchen, easy check-in, check-out. Gym is excellent! Pool and spa is very warm and clean.
Only needed to clean dishes. And hurt myself in shower by iron shampoos holder.

Once we worked our way through the various codes required it was good.
Location difficult to find, address is not same as parking entrance, completely different streeet, no parking available for new arrivals. It appeared those already tenants were parked there. The procedure a little complex. Once we called and received an explanation all was good. Looking back at the text sent just prior to our arrival it made sense but arriving after a long drive texts are not always the best source. Unfortunately lost a key fob. Our issue but cost of $250 is excessive. Onsite staff was great but the overall feeling of Kasa was they are not warm and fuzzy.

Location is great with access to Scottsdale Quarter shops and restaurants. Walkable
garage and one key FOB missing. Kasa did eventually provide a temporary garage key the day before we checked out. Had to park in temp parking in the meantime. Smoke detector and picture on wall missing. Cabinet door hanging loose. Kasa did eventually send someone to fix the situation and compensated us for one night after we called bookings.com
