Excellent value for money. Nice, cosy property, which was larger than it looked from the photos. Great location for walking in and around Melrose. Responsive host, who was very accommodating.
There were a few small items missing such as a shower mat, which might have been useful. Generally the property was well equipped though.

This is beautifully furnished with a mixture of antique and new furniture, giving it plenty of character as well as being wonderfully comfortable. We loved the Hain artwork around the living room and dining area, and the kitchen was beautifully equipped. Every detail was thought of. A real home from home. Really hope we can visit again soon.

Location was perfect.
Property was very clean and well furnished throughout.
Very generous with their complementary items.
A new front door or at least some draught excluders along the sides & bottom, a very cold draught came right through the sides of the door, Not ideal in a wintertime in January.
Also not being able to enter until 4pm.
A 2pm or 3pm entry time would be more beneficial.

It's a very nice location which covered all our needs. Two big and nice bedrooms - the children especially loved to sleep in the bed under the roof windows :-) Big bath room with nice shower. The kitchen with enough of everything we needed. Nice and big table. And a very nice living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this location. We also appreciated the detailed 'manual' explaining everything in the flat.
There is nothing negativ to mention.
