Dog friendly with secure rear garden.
Two comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for clothes.
Quiet culdesac.
Property furniture is tired and damaged. It would be great to see this property have a little face-lift soon.
Board games and info about local area would be a great addition.

The location was perfect, quiet which kept the dog calm, 5 mins from Filey 20 mins from Scarborough and the beach just down the road. Perfect little space, bed was extremely comfy, all the facilities we needed which was also perfect with having a 5 month old
The property was perfect as a whole but there was a few cobwebs and spiders around, quite a few moths which was also found in the bed (but only a small issue nothing worth complaining about, only as I’m a little scared of them both)
