Home theater with cable. Extensive DVD and Blu ray selection. Hot tub w/ waterfall feature. 200 Mbps internet. Large dining table seats 13. Close to everything. Cable. Ample parking w/ 2 driveways. Lit parking area. Keurig & regular coffee pot. Keyless entry. The Space: This is the perfect retreat for family and friends for serenity and adventure. Enjoy the crisp mountain air & gorgeous views. Experience endless year-round outdoor recreation steps from your door with a stay at this charming, spacious cabin. Enjoy beautiful mountain views with all the modern touches! This large haven nestled in the woods awaits, featuring everything you will need for your escape. Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone. The Publix grocery store is one mile away and can be accessed on back roads, not requiring driving on the Parkway. Motorcycle friendly parking. Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - queen Bedroom 2 - queen Bedroom 3 - trundle bed Bedroom 4 - full bed Bedroom 5 - bunk bed Bedroom 6 - queen Bedroom 7 - queen Bedroom 8 - bunk bed This property sleeps a maximum of 16 guests total (including adults and children). The Neighborhood: Cabin is in a mixed use area. Cabin is in a row of cabins. There is an apartment complex across the street from the cabin. Getting Around: The Pigeon Forge Trolley system is very handy when the traffic is bad. Other Things to Note: Please know all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500. Pet are NOT allowed and any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet. No parties or events. Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation. Everything was amazing. We call ourselves the YaYa sisters because our 1st adventure was when the movie Secrets of the YaYa Sisterhood came out. We are 9 girl cousins on our Mothers side. We We try to get tigether and go something every fee years. This was adventure #5 and it didn't disappoint. The house was amazing. We pretty much each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The location was perfect to get to so many things without driving for miles. Our few minor issues management got back to us immediately. I would highly recommend this house. All was perfect. Thank you❤️

Our stay was AMAZING! We stayed in the fall for a long weekend with multiple families and Grandma. The location to all the activities was the best. We visited Anakeesta, Hatfield & McCoys, & Dollywood while in town. The kids also loved the pool table and the theatre room. All the beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The showers had plenty of hot water with good pressure. And there were enough batharooms...which was my main concern with a large group (16 people). We were happy and comfortable. Would love to stay again!

This property was exactly what we needed. It accommodated our group perfectly. The location was incredible. We were able to enjoy "the woods" while being incredibly close to everything. We take our grandkids to Pigeon Forge each year on Spring Break and this by far was the best property we have ever stayed at for the space we needed.

The best thing about this home was the cleanliness and sleeping space. The outside needs a LOT more lights and the inside needs brighter lighting...it made the home a little gloomy. There are lots of steps to access the home and it makes it very dangerous considering the above mentioned lighting. I would suggest a couple more working tv's. We did report the lack of outside lighting when we first arrived and got a quick response. The nice repairman did everything he could to remedy the problem but of course he could NOT install MORE lights outside during our stay. That is what is needed as well as maybe a ramp to access the back porch. We would not stay here again unless several changes were made.
