Located in Pigeon Forge, this attractive chalet for $492 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. "Top Notch Lodge" is a new chalet and is one of a kind, located .2 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, you could walk to restaurants and shopping. You are also only .1 mile from the closest trolley stop and you are only .5 miles from Dolly Stampede. This stunning 6-bedroom 5 1/2-bath with custom built showers with beautiful glass doors and will sleep 34 comfortably. There are no steps to enter the main level where you will find a large eat-in kitchen with an Island Bar that will seat 6, all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Just off the kitchen is a cozy bar lounge with a comfortable couch to relax on after a long day sight-seeing or kick back in one of the 2 chairs while watching your favorite show on the Flat screen TV which is WIFI only. You will also find the living room and a ½ bath on this level with 2 over-sized couches to stretch out and watch your favorite movie on the Flat screen TV or in the 2 lovely leather chairs. Down the hall you will find 2 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower only. One will have a King size bed with a Flat screen TV and the other will have a Queen size bed, Flat screen TV and a love seat with a full-size sleeper sofa. The upper level has 4 bedrooms with 2 of those bedrooms being Master Suites. One of the Master suites will have a King size bed, a Flat screen TV, a love seat with a full-size sleeper and a large private bathroom with double vanity and a walk-in shower only. The other Master suite will have a King size bed, a Flat screen TV, a love seat with a full-size sleeper sofa and a large private bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower only and a make-up vanity area with natural lighting from the over-sized windows. For what we needed, it was a good choice. We had enough room for our large group of varied ages. There was one sleeper sofa that had a dirty stained bed cover and had to be switched out. Sometimes there were ants around the indoor trashcan, but otherwise the place was clean. Management quickly addressed our minor concern. Trash was picked up promptly. The basketball court needs some kind of airconditioning. It was sometimes too hot. The landscaping needs a little work. The neighborhood is just okay but we felt safe. Overall we were pleased. It’s in a good location with easy access to sites.

This home was perfect for our family vacation to Dollywood and Splash Country. 10 minutes to Dollywood and 2 minutes to downtown Pigeon Forge. Close to Gatlinburg and the surrounding Smokey Mountain national park. The home handled 16 people easily with spacious bedrooms and well stocked kitchen for breakfasts and dinners. Nice layout of the home that allowed for family time and also places for kids to play out of the way of the adults. One of the best family vacations ever!

We were in town with a school group. We were so pleased with this cabin. We had middle and high school kids and the basketball court was a huge hit. The ability to have meals in the cabin rather than fight with crowded restaurants was a game changer as well. Communication with the property managers was easy and quick. We were very pleased with our stay.

This property was great! It was beautiful and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We brought our youth for a winter retreat. It was perfect because it gave our boys a place to play with the basketball court and game room. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Loved everything about our stay! The gym area was a bit cold and warming up the house took a little bit upon arrival. Very convenient location, plenty of space for our family to be together and have our own areas, and kid friendly.

My family of 22 people stayed here for our Christmas weekend and had so much fun! Everyone spent a lot of time on the basketball court and in the game room, in which all the games worked as they should! This house was spacious enough to allow everyone to spread out and relax! We will definitely be staying here again if available! The only small thing would be add some more parking somehow if possible, however it was not an issue for us at all. The house was very clean and all of the rooms looked like the pictures that were posted when making the reservation. The welcome and timely responses from the owner were greatly appreciated as well. Although we had a wonderful vacation in Tennessee, this vacation rental fell short of our expectations. Advertised as ‘TopNotch’, I would say this house is an average house that sleeps a large family and does have a fun and legit basketball court (a pump to inflate the balls would be helpful). It was very frustrating to not be provided with basic essentials for the week. We made multiple quick trips to the store as we discovered more and more things weren’t provided. I have never stayed in a VRBO that didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner as well as body soap. So off to the market we went to outfit 5 showers with these essentials. Day 2 we ran out of trash bags in the kitchen, so off to the market we went again. I woke up to make pancakes for the family to find no skillet/griddle, no whisk, dirty bowls, and no non-stick spray for the pans. Some other suggestions for the kitchen: Ice maker that works well (we ended up buying ice) grill tools, food storage containers for leftovers, aluminum foil, and storage wrap, an unused kitchen sponge for washing dishes, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, drying rack or mat, basic spices like salt and pepper. More than 2 kitchen towels and cloths would be helpful.
The gaming station and pinball machine that was advertised didn’t work.
A couple other helpful things would be batteries for dead remotes (another trip to the store), Nightlight for the hallways outside the bedroom, and sufficient towel hooks for the number of guests the house is advertised to sleep. A laundry basket would also be great! Being able to adjust the hot tub temperature to make it more enjoyable would be helpful (set way too hot). Also, checking drains and water pressure in the bathroom to make sure they run correctly. Standing in water as we showers was not fun. I also run a VRBO and provide at least all of these things for guests.
Not to mention the ants in the kitchen when we arrived which was quickly addressed.

My family really enjoyed staying here. There was enough room for 30 people to fit comfortably and park their vehicles. We had 8 cars but you can easily fit 10. We all found a room to sleep, entertain and most importantly spent time together. The house is located in a strategical location that allows you to get to amusement parks, entertainment, shopping, and dining within 5 to 10 minutes. But our favorite was the proximity to the state parks. Everyone in my family had a positive experience during their stay. The only negative was the fact that one of the refrigerators wasn’t working properly. The basketball court was hot and humid due to no real ventilation. Lastly having to drive the garbage to their main facility to dispose to avoid a per bag fee was a little ridiculous. There weren’t enough garbage cans to hold the volume for so many guest. Other than that my family and I would gladly stay here again.

Spacious Home & Great Location
We had a fantastic get-together with our entire family, all 21 of us, for our 50th wedding anniversary. The house is very spacious and close to all the tourist attractions, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just a short drive up the road. It was a great location that accommodated our group, with a nice backyard where we also used the charcoal grill and enjoyed the fire ring.
On the downside, we missed some of the usual standard supplies that we have gotten at other VRBO homes, including plastic wrap and towels for hot tub use. It was recommended we bring that; however, if one is flying, bulky towels take up too much room in luggage. More toilet paper, bar soap, and towels would have been nice. The lawn had not been mowed in a while, but that was done toward the end of our visit.
Overall, it was a great place to stay, and with just adding a few more necessary supplies it would be exceptional.

The kids & grandkids enjoyed themselves in this spacious house. Plenty of room to get some alone time while the rest of the family played games or visited. The basketball court and game room was a huge hit with the grandkids (and adults). Clean and well maintained.

Our stay was simply "Wonderful"! The property provided something for everyone and because of the everyone enjoyed their stay on the property. The layout of the property was ideal, the children had areas dedicated to them which in turn gave the adult time to themselves, a win win situation all around. My family and I thank you for providing a home away from home!

Amazing vacation home
We are beyond happy with our stay at top notch lodge. There was plenty of room for the adults to relax and the teens and kids to play. Our basketball and video game obsessed teenagers barely left the house (thanks, covid) and I never heard "I'm bored!" Even the littlest kids in our group had a fantastic time. We didn't venture out much, but the location is great for shopping and attractions! Easy to get around. When we had minor issues, the office was very responsive and friendly. The only problem we had was that the pinball machine was out of order during our stay and they weren't able to fix it before we left. Considering how loaded the house is with amenities, that was a very minor issue. We plan to return!
