Quick check-in, friendly staff had a pool, and lazy river that was CLEAN, a game room to hang out especially when you have a teenager.
The breakfast could be a little warmer.

Location is excellent, basically straight across from the island
Some of the staff acted as if it got on her last nerve to actually see people. No customer service from her. No smile if you asked for something she would barely look up from her phone to say she'll get to it later

Did have tubes for the lady’s river

The beds was comfortable!
It only had one working elevator,no way to get a handicap person down to the indoor pool,everything was very outdated and the breakfast wasn’t much!
