Our Vacation Rental is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom 1380 sq. ft home located on the quieter side of Osoyoos lake. With sweeping views of the lake from the two large balconies with Weber BBQ, dining, and lounge seating. Condo is located across the street from the beach, and outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and gym. The Pool is open from May long weekend to Thanksgiving.
The space
Private entrance, featuring open concept kitchen with granite countertops, spacious dining and living room area to relax after a day at the beach. The Living room and Master bedroom have flat screen smart TV's. The Dining Room table will seat up to 6 people comfortably, and the kitchen is stocked with with most items needed for meals.
Other things to note
This is a strict no party home. Please be respectful of neighbours and noise levels.
During the summer season we don't accept booking that leave 1-3 days vacancies in between booking on the calendar.
No smoking or pets permitted within the Condo, due to allergies.
Our vacation rental is perfect for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, and families. The location is just steps to the beach, pool, and hot tub. Lakeshore Villas Resort, is a great place for summer & off season wine tours.
Wildfires/Forest Fires, Smoke Policy
Our Vacation Home is located in the South Okanagan region where wildfires/forest fires and smoke are common during the wide fire season. Please keep this in mind when booking our vacation home when travelling with babes, young children, seniors, persons with asthma and / or medical conditions which can be irritated due to fires & smoke.
Review our cancellation policy, and consider some type of cancellation and interruption insurance because our policy does not cover smoke and wildfire / forest fire unless the government deems the area and emergency evacuation area.

This is the third time we have stayed in Mario's condo. We have always found the unit to be clean and it is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and you can find things like salt/pepper, tinfoil, saran wrap etc. There is a large foldable cart in the closet that lets you easily bring your belongings to and from the unit - especially handy if you purchase lots of local wines and have heavy boxes. The lakeshore walkway is just outside the unit and there are a couple of small sand beaches very close by with a bench or picnic tables. you can also take the provided camp chairs to the private dock and enjoy watching the boaters and birds pass by as well as see fish jumping. One year, we had a great views from here of the northern lights. The deck is great to take in the sunset and has nice views of the lake and the neighboring hills. The pool has opened early for two of the three years we have been here - both years had warm temperatures early in May. This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to town for groceries, restaurants and interesting local shops. Many wineries are nearby. Check out the Nk'Mip Desert Culture Centre which is close by and Home Hardware - great for gifts , garden decor and kitchen gadgets. Mario is a great host! He is a quick text or phone call away if you have any questions.

So pleased with our unit. As a first time VRBO user, I was a bit nervous however the communication with Mario was so easy and very helpful. Definitely recommend this placr
