Pretty good.

overall great stay. We utilized the pool and there was a beautiful rainbow that night!!

I was sent 4 codes for the front gate and none of them worked. Someone on the property told us they had the same issue and had to call to get in and provided us with the code. The tv was not fully functioning. It would be fine and then go all streaky.

We’ve used the same unit two years in row and hope to make it three next year.

It is very close to the Townsend Visitor Center and the events there, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge. It is large enough to accommodate my family of 6.

There could have been pool towels in the condo.

Soooo much better than staying in a hotel!

Quiet. Cozy. Comfortable. Convenient. Safe. Well-maintained. Cute. Reasonably priced. close and easy parking. Off the main road. Availability of washer and dryer. Clean. Good kitchen.

This can be a great place if maintained properly.

Location, layout of condo with two bathrooms. Kitchen adequately supplied including very nice coffeemaker.

The king bed in front room was “just ok.” The double bed in back bedroom was inexcusably broken down. Ability to adjust firmness didn’t work so we felt like we were sleeping in a hole. My husband had to sleep on the couch. This is primary reason for our low rating is that a comfortable bed is so important to guests. We left the place exhausted. In my opinion the place shouldn’t be rented again until mattresses are replaced. As for cleanliness there is mold in the front bathroom, cobwebs in a very obvious location by fireplace and elsewhere and overall the place needs a deep cleaning.
