This 2BR/3BA home has two suite bedroom/bathroom combinations, plus an extra bathroom for convenience. An open floor plan with a completely updated kitchen lets you share your wine finds and cooking with everyone in your group. Start your day on the enclosed sun porch as you make your plans to tour Paso Robles wine country! Patio and private backyard complete the perfect picture. Our stay in this sweet house was exactly what we needed for a short visit to see family in the area. Comfortable, clean, beautifully appointed and in a great location close to town. A great place to take a morning walk through the neighborhoods and even up a country road past some private vineyards. The sunporch was a sweet spot to relax in the afternoons with a book or glass of wine. Beautiful place, thank you!

What a lovely property to rent. The detail to every room is amazing. The beds and even the pillows were so comfortable. The bathrooms were large and very well designed. The kitchen had everything we needed.
The house is less than a mile walk to the square. What a great location. Plus minutes to wineries. We would rent this house again in a moment.

Perfect sized rental for our family of four. This rental was very well furnished and had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was very clean. The wall mounted information screen made check in/out easy and provided us with several recommendations. We really enjoyed the screened in porch which was a perfect spot for coffee or a glass of wine. It was fun to be walking distance to downtown and enjoy restaurants, wine tasting rooms and coffee shops. Would love to stay here again when we are in the area!

Such a cute little house!! Immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you need a for a long weekend in Paso. Within walking distance to town. Perfect for 2 couples. The attention to detail was impressive and inviting. The Beds were incredibly comfortable (we had the king suite) our friends had the queen/full they said the same. The owners of the property were awesome & accommodating when our flights were cancelled due to flooding & road closures. We couldn’t be happier and most definitely will come back to this house when we return to this lovely little town.

The 13th Street Retreat was an outstanding property. The house quality was amazing and had everything you could need. Very well kept and inviting for a great Paso weekend. Located a very short walk from downtown. On top of the property itself, dealing with PasoRobles Vacation Rentals was one of the best experience I have ever had. They were amazing to work with and helped accommodate us during an unforeseen event impacting our trip.

This very clean home was perfect for our girls’ weekend! It is very well located. We chose to drive downtown just because it was quite cold the nights we were there but could be walkable. Stayed at 13th St Retreat and loved it. It is a gorgeous older home that has been completely updated, while preserving the old charm. The location is ideal too for walking into town. The units from PRVR are always extremely cleaned and well stocked with everything you need. It is the reason we have rented from them for years now. Very efficient check in and out. Highly recommend.
