Great location. Room was so comfy and the view was fabulous. Great night sleep, the room was quiet and the bed was incredible. Loved the bathroom, great products in the room. Great breakfast with so much choice
Frustrated that the information gave different times for the rooftop pool. We chose this hotel so we could access these facilities and looked forward to a dip as it was so hot, so we were frustrated that it was shutting an hour earlier than expected and opened later than we were expecting the day of our departure.

Everything ! Super friendly staff for the check in, Fabian was fantastic in the restaurant/cafe area, spacious room with an amazing view on the palace. We loved the rooftop bar. Everyone was very welcoming, professional and friendly. Also great pool area. High level of cleanliness.
The water of the pool was too cold.

Location is great. You’re about 20 minute walk from La Gran Via and Mercado San Miguel, but you are far enough to have peace and quiet.
A number of staff were SO RUDE. Not all, but Benjamin for example was SO rude. He should not be working in hospitality at all. All the ladies were quite nice but some of the men were beyond rude.
