About this house rental
Wonderful beach house in gated community of Santa Rosa Villas Estates with views of the Gulf from the second and third level decks. The top floor has a primary king bedroom and bath as well as a daybed in the bonus room space off the shared vanity space and an additional second queen bedroom. Both rooms have views of the gulf from your bed and deck. The main level has a queen bedroom, and another bedroom with an additional king trundle and twin Murphy bed and main bathroom and living space as well as large well equipped kitchen with 2 dining areas and breakfast bar. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper w/Serta gel mattress in the living area. The garage is equipped with beach carts, coolers, bicycles, pool and beach toys and beach chairs. There is a pack n play, walker and safety gates in as well for even the smallest beach goer. Follow the beach path just steps away from the beautiful Gulf or visit the private soundside exclusive to the neighborhood where the beach and calmer waters are great for smaller children and also includes a private fishing pier. Guests agree to the attached guest rental agreement when the reservation is booked. Community pool just one house away. Pet friendly with pet fee.

We stayed at this place and the experience was very good. The space was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location is convenient and quiet, ideal for relaxing. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and communication with the host was quick and friendly. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and we recommend it.
