Wonderful staff, great facilities, and excellent room set up. Super fun to look at the Beaverdam by kayak.
Unfortunately, the pullout couch hadn’t been used in a long time and was full of old crumbs and Cheerios. Wasn’t the end of the world as there were two other bunkbeds to use

The staff was amazing! They went above and beyond, always friendly and accommodating our needs!
The staff made up for the very run down and out dated place.
The buildings and units are in some SERIOUS need of remodeling, very out dated! Stains on furniture, carpets in need of replacement.
Very run down. Mattresses were super uncomfortable.
(Considering the prices charged per night, I expected a bit more)
The advertisement should be changed to one hot tub instead of two, misleading.
Sauna and pool worked fine.

The manager and staff were very helpful When we asked for a later check out for the next AM they even moved us to a condo where no one was checking in. They weren't hung up on what time we were leaving either. Trevor even let me use his computer to log in to my airline since their wifi isn't very good. Their pool and hot tub and sauna were a great surprise. It was the only place we stayed that had any of those during our 10 day Washington trip. Surfcrest, you need to be good to him or he may find another job and it would be your loss.
