Upgraded but old and worn out apartment...

Location close to metro, large spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, funky furniture, easy contact with host, virtual key with app.

Pictures of advert look great, BUT... don't show the wear and tear! Kitchen and bathroom (especially shower unit) do need to be replaced, they are old and destroyed, have crooked and moisture-expanded cabinets. Shower hose was broken so few water was coming out of the shower. No hot water in the bathroom taps. 1 of the 2 toilets didn't flush. Some sockets hanging dangerously out of the wall. Dining table has a destroyed table top, so watch out for splinters. Single glass windows and a non closing sliding window in the living room, so lots of noise from the street. You can hear the (underground) subway in the apartment when it's quiet. Host was willing to send maintenance to apartment, so we hope lots of problems are solved for future tenants.

Odlična lokacija, sve nam je bilo jako blizu i gotovo svugdje smo išli pješice, što nam je puno značilo. Apartman je bio čist, ugodan i uredan . Sve je bilo baš onako kako smo očekivali i bez ikakvih zamjerki.
