BAD EXPERIENCE! AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Bad experience with owners of accommodation. Our apartment was robbed in the middle of the day. There are no cameras at the entrance of the building, there are no cameras at the elevator, at the entrance to the apartment. There is no safe deposit box for the documents and money in the apartment. We were the only ones who had the code of the key and also the owners. But when we reported the robbery , the apartment owners accused us of not locking the door properly. The Police came too, made a report and told us that the door was very unsafe. The policemen who came that evening to the apartment said that these kind of locks DO NOT present any kind of security! Its very strange, how the owners of the apartment checked that we were the only ones going in and out and they never explained it to us, but the police say there are no cameras so they can review the recordings. This was a very very unpleasant experience and zero empathy from the owner to help!

De lekkage en schimmel bij meerdere badkamers. De afvoer van een badkamer was verstopt. Bij een badkamer lekte er water uit de verlichting. Een badkamer was niet te gebruiken door lekkage en schimmel. De deurklink van een kamer zat los waardoor je opgesloten zat in je kamer

BARDZO ZŁE DOŚWIADCZENIE! UNIKAJ TEGO APARTAMENTU! NIE POLECAM!

W dniu przyjazdu w godzinach wieczorowo-nocnych wyszliśmy ze znajomymi na chwilkę na miasto i właśnie w tym czasie zostaliśmy okradzeni z wszystkich pieniędzy. Złodzieje wchodzą drzwiami wejściowymi, nie zostawiając po sobie żadnego śladu, gdyż drzwi blokowane są na zwykły elektromagnes. Czyli krótką mówiąc, nie stanowią żadnego zabezpieczenia i żadnej przeszkody dla złodzieja. To zabezpieczenie drzwi to jakaś kpina. I tutaj mamy duże pretensje do właściciela, że w apartamencie, który nie jest najtańszy, zastosował tak tanie i niebezpieczne rozwiązanie. Bulwersujące jest to, że właściciel ma to wszystko gdzieś, co może potwierdzić wcześniejsza opinia innych wynajmujących (z marca 2024 roku), którzy zgłaszali identyczny problem, gdyż również zostali okradzeni w ten sam sposób. Niczego nie poprawiono dla bezpieczeństwa wynajmujących. Apartament nadal nie jest wyposażony w sejf. Po tamtej sytuacji nic się nie poprawiło. Podobnie z problemem dotyczącym cieknącego sufitu - też to przeżyliśmy (ciekło w salonie oraz jednej łazience - posiadam dokumentację fotograficzną). To tylko potwierdza brak zainteresowania ze strony właściciela tym co się dzieje w jego obiekcie. Powracając do tematu kradzieży, chciałbym zaznaczyć, iż analiza całej sytuacji jasno wskazuje, że nie był to przypadek. Jesteśmy pewni, że nasza obecność w apartamencie była cały czas kontrolowana przez złodziei - nasuwa się jedynie pytanie w jaki sposób. Sprawa została zgłoszona na Policję. Mam nadzieję, że się szybko wyjaśni. W takich okolicznościach trudno odnaleźć coś pozytywnego.

l emplacement nickel la déco et l espace dans l appartement ,

ultra bruyant , on entend les voisins comme si ils étaient dan notre chambre, le métro et l ascenseur font trembler l appartement . de plus nous avons eu un problème inondations par le plafond dans notre salle de bain, nous avons du rester à l appartement attendre un dépanneur qui n est jamais venu
